Welcome to Unit 121 at the Beach Club on St. Simons Island which offers guests and owners a remarkable list of amenities and provides everything you need for a fun filled or relaxing vacation. Beach Club has its own private boardwalk to the beach, where you can dig your toes in the sand or take a simple stroll down the beach. The community offers private tennis court and pool.

THE SPACE
From your balcony, watch ships as they pass by. Don't miss out on our local fresh seafood and take advantage of the grills located around the pool. The resort offers bicycle rentals so that you can take enjoy bike trails around the island and head into the village for shopping and dining.
Unit 121 is a corner unit featuring 3 generous size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everything is one level living with elevator access to each floor.
The master suite has a king bed, access to the balcony, TV, and a master bath with dual vanities and separate shower and garden tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. TV
The third bedroom has two twins and its own private bath. TV
The living room also has a sleeper sofa.
Nice and clean, but not updated. Priced accordingly per the updates and convenience to beach.

Beach Club is an ocean front resort with a large pool hot tub, and its own private boardwalk to the beach, where you can dig your toes in the sand or take a simple stroll down the beach. The community offers a private tennis court and more.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Spacious & Comfortable

I booked this condo for a last minute Spring Break trip with my 3 teens. The condo was so spacious, all of the furniture was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Plus the unit was very quiet, we never heard neighbors and we all slept great. The shower in the master suite was a favorite with us all.......so spacious and great water pressure!! The location was great and made it easy to go back and forth to the beach. One day we rented bikes from the front office and every day we played tennis (using our own equipment) Overall, our stay was a huge success.

The kitchen was super - I can't think of any dish or utensil that it didn't have! Obviously furnished as the owner's home...not just a rental. Hope to return to this same condo again - would choose it over others I have stayed in!

It was great and as expected, a perfect SSI getaway. 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The privacy of this duplex is great and a real getaway if you want elusiveness. Kitchen- small but easy to cook. Bring S/P & Spices, foil, clingwrap, etc. lacking basics like that. Bathrooms- 1.5 baths just a reminder if that is important to you if there is more than 2 people staying here. Wifi/Internet is iffy if you need internet during your stay. Internet was down for 80% of our week trip. Other than that, it was fantastic and would recommend and I would return too.

We had a Wonderful time!! There were a few damages to the place when we got there but it wasn't bad. I just didn'twant to be charged for something we didn't do. lol Other than that I would most definitely suggestthis place for a family to vacation. It's close to the beach. Which was very nice even in the Fall and the pool and hot tubs where great. One of the hot tubs was alittle to hot. The one closest to the pool but the other was just right. So beware the other. Those are under the control of the building owners though not the condo owners. It really was a very nice stay for my family. We stayed for 5 days which is the longest family my family has ever had.
Great location, very clean. We really enjoyed the stay and wound rent it again.

Couldn't have been better, location is perfect, pool and hot tubs were great! Very safe with 24 hour security (not that this area needs it). Walk right out to the beach at the rear or walk down to food, drinks and bike rentals just down the street. Very comfortable for 3 couples and very clean!

We loved the Community but I was told there was a tv in one of the bedrooms and yes tv but no cable. We called and asked for help but he came and told us it was on dvd tv, but we had no DVD???s. And some of the tile in master bath came off. Shower door wouldn???t close.

While the location and property was wonderful the unit does require not only updating but attention. We had difficulty with the lock but management responded quickly. The master bathroom doorknob is very loose and the towel rack over the tub is pulling away from the wall. The bathroom ceiling and tiles around the shower door need attention. The shower door doesn???t close. One slider in the family room doesn???t lock The guest bedroom with twin beds has poor lighting. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub.

The condo itself was clean and well-stocked. The interior may be considered outdated but it served its purpose. Due to COVID, all amenities were closed, so that meant NO extras included. Internet service is extremely spotty, and with business center closed, there was no way to conduct work. I would check if this is a need while there. Great pool and beach location!

Fantastic location and cozy condo. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of beds/bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very roomy for our family of 7. The beach was a lot of fun and an easy walk from the unit. The pool area is very nice and the jacuzzis are a plus. Great places to eat within a mile or 2 of the condo. Highly recommend staying here.

Second Time in This Condo Second Time 5 Stars

This was our second year in the same condo. We enjoy Beach Club and for family joining us part of the week, the three bedroom is heads above the others. While this home may not have a new kitchen, it is more than adequate and is comfortable for vacation. The kitchen has everything you need. We pulled in pillows to have enough seating for all while playing games and watching movies in the family room. It was July 2020 and I emailed to ask and was told every amenity was available and internet was strong. However, the pool was only open 9 to 5, not until dusk, and internet was not able to support the online clases I was scheduled to teach. Be prepared with a test run and a backup plan if working remotely. Overall I highly recommend this unit, and will look for it again for our next vacation!

I was disappointed after I paid the fee to take my dog that we had to take her back home or move elsewhere. After my daughter took her back home which was a 4 hour drive one way that there were several other pets in the complex. I have stayed here several times in the past and have seen pets. And as I said I paid extra and then this to happen. Other than that we enjoyed everything else.

Unit 121 was very clean and loved the way it was decorated. They had new furniture and the mattresses seemed new. We've stayed in many units and the mattresses in this unit were wonderful. It's so hard to get a mattress that feels like yours at home. We would highly recommend this unit for a great trip. The lights in the kitchen were not working but they were going to be installing new lighting in there after we left. They did prvide lamps for us.

My family and I have been going to Saint Simons and staying at Beach club for almost 10 years now. In that time we have stayed in 10 different units varying in size, and we can say this was either our #1 or #2! (To be fair, the competing unit was on the 3rd floor so the view was a tad better but that’s the only thing edging it out!) The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room set was very cozy! You can have coffee on the deck with views of the garden and ocean too! You can tell the owners stay here themselves and have loved it - this is not just an investment property! The new pool and pool deck are incredible and it’s a very short walk (through the garden and pool) to a very expansive beach! We worked with lighthouse realty and they were hands down the best rental company I’ve ever used! Very responsive and on top of everything! They let us know as soon as the condo was ready for check in (it was early!) and then checked on us later to make sure we settled in okay. We didn’t have any maintenance or cleaning issues but I’m certain that if we did, they would have been quick to respond. A few hours after our departure I realized I’d left some electronics - I reached out and they got back to me very quickly and also got someone to the condo to find them for us! Never seemed bothered or put out by my forgetfulness either All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we hope to book again next year!
