East Beach Courtyard - 4210 7th Street

Welcome to our newly renovated East Beach Retreat featuring a total of 6 bedrooms with a private courtyard pool. Great location approximately 100 feet from the 7th Street beach access at East Beach, making this the perfect big home for your family vacation in a true Beach Cottage restored, but with the original charm.

This property is comprised of 2 homes with a shared courtyard:
Main House Layout: Start at the amazing covered front porch with seating and dining options. Enter into family room at front door with a 56" Smart TV. Straight ahead is the dining room with seating for 6 Dining room adjoins the updated kitchen with a 5-burner gas range with oven. The kitchen is well stocked with Stainless appliances, microwave, a Keurig combo coffee maker with single serve and drip, plenty of pots and pans. To the right of the family room is the master bedroom with king, ensuite bathroom with combo tub shower, make up nook, and single sink. To the left of the family rooms are 2-guest bedrooms and shared hall bathroom with combo tub shower. Front guest bedroom has a queen and back guest bedroom has a queen with a bunk bed. Off the back of the kitchen is a full bathroom with combo tub shower and a sitting room overlooking the pool and has a smart TV. There is a washer and dryer located on porch outside the kitchen.
Center Courtyard includes: 16 X 32 gunite pool. There is an option to heat the pool at $50 per day. Charbroil gas grill Dining table, seating and 3 loungers There is a screened in area by the pool with an additional washer, dryer and outdoor refrigerator. There are stairs that lead up to an upper deck.
Guest House Layout: Enter the door in the parking alley As you enter you will be in the family, dining and kitchen area. Family room has a smart TV and kitchen is fully equipped. Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and ensuite bath with combo tub shower. Opposite side of home is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining is another guest bedroom with 3-single size beds and ensuite bath with combo tub shower. This bathroom will be shared with the adjoining bedroom.
Parking: 1 space in the front of the home 1 large car can park on the side 3-4 cars in the back alley by the Guest House. No street parking please

- No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25).
- For special event weekends like GA/FL weekend (last weekend in October) there are special age requirements. No student groups and all guests must be 30+ or kids with parents present - feel free to inquire if you are unsure. No Exceptions.
- One (1) parent is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Parents must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
- Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will result in immediate eviction.
- Quiet time for all properties is 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M., in conjunction with Glynn County, Georgia, ordinances. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. The decibel levels cannot exceed fifty (50) decibels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. outdoors. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the property with the doors and windows closed. At 10:00 P.M., all guests not staying at the Property need to depart from the premises.
- Events may not be held at the Property.
- Pets are considered on a case by case basis with a $150 pet fee but please ask before booking so there's no misunderstanding.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
