LegaSea is our 3 bedroom with alternate 4th bedroom beach house just steps from the sand of east beach. The home is a timeless classic inside and out, with its colonial brick exterior and warm southern charm inside. The house is casual inside, with a hint of classic St Simons style throughout. We're at the corner of 10th and 11th street on East Beach, making us just 3 houses from the best beach access point on East Beach - the 11th street access. The 11th street beach access is not tide dependent, has scenic natural sand dunes, and very little beach traffic - great for a relaxing day at the beach.
The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV with premium cable, and master bath with dual vanities and shower/tub combo.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the 2nd bath, which also has a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin with a twin trundle.
And lastly, the sun room has a full pullout sofa and lots of natural light. The sun room has french doors to close for privacy and can double as a 4th bedroom.

We have a large kitchen, dining area, and comfortable family room to enjoy time together.

Enjoy our rooftop deck on the 2nd floor, or the a large backyard with a paver patio and fire pit for enjoying a coastal evening.

Why East Beach:

East Beach was recently voted the best neighborhood on Saint Simons Island by Elegant Island Life Magazine. Besides the beach, you can walk or bike all around the area for a relaxing trip that will renew your soul. If you decide not to cook, the home is about a mile from excellent restaurants (Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewery and Beachcomber BBQ) and is located in the sought after East Beach neighborhood.

This rental is a 25 and up rental.
