Welcome to our home away from home -Salty Breeze!
Salty Breeze is a large and comfortable 3 bedroom town home located in one of the best neighborhoods on St Simons - we're close to the St Simons Pier Village and the beach, and have a neighborhood pool for you to relax and enjoy.
Our home has a generous size kitchen and open concept family & dining space. There's a large master suite and two guest rooms (detailed below). The home has a garage and all floors are serviced by a private elevator!
You enter the home from the back through a spacious 2-car garage. We love the convenience of loading luggage into the elevator with drop off on each floor. There is also a conventional staircase inside that serves all levels. The large garage features an extra fridge and foosball table, as well as storage for beach items. The second level offers all your living space with a large updated kitchen and plenty of seating space and tables for dining, puzzles, games and conversation. The third contains the 3 bedrooms:
* Master Suite: King size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The extra-large master bedroom has plenty of room for a pack-n-play or even extra bedding.
* Two additional fold out twin size sleeper pads, stored under the master king bed if you need them.
* Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
* Guest Room 2: two twins.
The guest rooms share a spacious hall bathroom with combo tub/shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. Enjoy the breezy balcony overlooking beautiful, quiet woods, and a large park and playground beyond. For a walk in the park with kids or dogs, cut through the woods on the nature trail directly behind the unit.
St. Simons is a friendly community where you will be greeted by warm friendly locals. They are always eager to help and share a fond story. Rest assured, you will want to make this your home too. So, don't get in a hurry. Take a stroll or bike ride on the bike paths scattered throughout the island. Enjoy the sunrises at the beach or the sunsets at the pier overlooking our famous Sidney Lanier Bridge. Salty Breeze is in Demere Landing, unit 168.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. The first floor with kitchen and living area is great for all guests to be together. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and nice to retire (Website hidden by Airbnb) a close drive or bike ride to great restaurants, stores, and beach. Getting to bring our dog and take her on to the beach was awesome. Our city dog just loved it.

Great place to enjoy St Simons

Beautiful, well equipped unit with everything you need to enjoy SSI. Enclosed garage below the unit, with internal private elevator to each floor. Owners are meticulous in maintaining and equipping the unit. Close to Massengale Beach (10 minute walk, 3 minute car ride), one of the best beaches on the island. Unit is close to the main pier and village area. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. You only need to bring your own food and your bathing suit! Definitely will return.

Our crew loved this Airbnb! It has all the comforts of home in a beautiful beach town. The location was perfect! Exceptionally clean

This unit had everything we needed. It was a spacious place to stay with many updates. The beds were all very comfortable. Having the bikes to ride was a huge benefit of staying here. There were chairs, toys, and beach towels for the trips to the beach. It was a short bike ride to the beach and great restaurants.

This property exceeded expectations! Having 2 tables was a definite bonus. We used one for eating and the other for games and puzzles. There is not a single amenity that was missing. The condo is very very really located. The elevator was perfect for our family member in a wheelchair. We would enjoy staying here again.

Fabulous Vacation- nice touches

Wonderful condo in a great location. Clean unit lots with of small touches that were appreciated. Professional service and well managed. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 (2 parents, 2 children, and Grandma). We enjoyed biking, walking, and rollerbalding around the area. We also enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony. We had a fantastic experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The townhome was very clean and had everything you could need available. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the garage door key pad was not working when we arrived which made it a little bit of a pain when we had to leave the house. Also, the toilet handle broke in one of the restrooms but was fixed within a day. The garage was fixed within a couple days. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We loved our time at Salty Breeze. Ryan/Ali were super quick to respond to our inquiries and the place is perfect for a larger family - plus we were grateful we could bring our dog. We visited during Thanksgiving - It was getting chilly - there were loads of extra blankets & throws - much appreciated. Loved the books & magazine selections & cozy decor. Easy location to bike-ride to the beaches or the pier/town and huge plus that salty breeze provides 4 bikes! (If you have kiddos who like to skateboard there is a skate-park just across the field out back - huge bonus!) We elected to cook all our meals in-house and they truly do have a well-stocked kitchen! Would highly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed the deck over looking beautiful trees and some flowering trees and plants. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses I believe I've ever slept on. All other furniture was comfortable. Plenty of dining space. We enjoyed the friendly folks we met on the property.

Wonderful condo, relaxing vacation

This is a beautifully appointed condo with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our very short walk to the white sandy beach and spent the days enjoying the water and scenery. Everything and more is included in this condo, including beach chairs, bicycles, and beach towels. We especially enjoyed having the garage and elevator to make our stay convenient. Could not ask for a better location in St. Simons. We hope to be back very soon!!

Lovely unit at the back of a nice complex. The unit is well-kept, clean, nicely decorated, and has all the comforts of home. Even more comfortable than home as it has an elevator! Location is good. Nice walk to the old town area. Bikes in the garage if you want to ride around town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It rained the whole time we were in St. Simons, but we'll go back for sure. Hoping to enjoy the pool and a short walk to the beach on our next visit.

My wife, Mother-in-Law and I enjoyed our stay at Salty Breeze very much! The accommodations were just what we needed to get away for much needed rest and relaxation. The condo is spacious and felt very open, is very comfortable and well-apportioned, was very clean/neat and - above all - had a calm relaxing atmosphere. Being close to the beech, as well as many great restaurants (especially for seafood lovers), fit the bill quite nicely. The ability to park in a garage and being able to use the elevator were especially helpful. Thank you hosting us as your guests!

We had a wonderful time! It was a breath of fresh air to finally stay somewhere that had everything we needed and more. Several times we caught ourselves saying, “they though of everything!” We needed a change of scenery during quarantine and couldn't have chosen a better place. 80th Birthday weekend

While the weather called for rain throughout the weekend the only time we had it was during our birthday dinner Saturday night. We converged on SSI from Atlanta, Panama City. and Jacksonville for my mother's 80th birthday. It is a place near and dear to her heart as it was the last vacation we had with my Dad. We all loved staying there and having enough bedrooms for all the family was perfect. We Were able to sleep in with a four-year-old when daddy brought him downstairs. The elevator was great for my 80 year old mother to be able to get to the bedrooms down to the car 3rd to 1st floor And ability to carry groceries and luggage was a snap. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed down to a lemon zester. Only problem we had was a Neighbor the insisted on parking his truck and blocking everyone in. We enjoyed our stay in the condo Unit 168. It was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach equipment. We loved the convenience to the pool and also enjoyed the quiet view from the balcony. The distance to the beach was a very short drive and we found it the access location to be very easy for our family of 5. We do have young children so having a nearby public park with a playground was very nice. Our favorite seafood was from The Half Shell!
