3rd level – Office/sleeper full size sleeper sofa, no TV in this room. End of hall is a bedroom with King size bed with access to a covered porch, TV and adjoining bathroom with a separate tub, shower and double sinks. Laundry Room located in the hall.

4th level – Guest bedroom has 2 single beds with access to a covered porch, small TV and adjoining bathroom with combination tub/shower. Guest bedroom at the end of the hall with a King size bed with access to a covered porch, TV and adjoining bathroom with a combo tub/shower.


Parking is limited to 2 cars and garage parking is available.


A starter supply of products to include:
2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen
2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
1 starter supply of hotel quality toiletries per bathroom
3 dish laundry detergent pods

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!


Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
