This home is loaded with all the modern amenities for you vacation stay with an open living concept overlooking the pool side tropical oasis.

THE SPACE
The kitchen has everything you need for dining in home. Stainless steel appliances, gas range and open to the family and dining room.

Bedroom 1: Main Level, King (sleeps 2), Roku TV
Bathroom 1: ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 2: Upstairs, Primary, King (sleeps 2), with sitting area, wet bar with beverage cooler, access to deck overlooking pool, Roku TV.
Bathroom 2: ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and shower. There is pass through door from the walk-in closet to the laundry room. Laundry room connects to the hall.

Bedroom 3: Upstairs, Bunk room, 2- bunk beds (sleeps 4), Roku TV.
Bathroom 3: connects to shared bathroom with combination tub/shower and share with the Queen room.

Bedroom 4: Upstairs, Queen (sleeps 2), Roku TV.
Optional: Upstairs landing, Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), Roku TV.
Bathroom 4: Bathroom with Shower located in the landing area upstairs.

Note: the garage is not for guest use.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
