Golden Hours! East Beach home sleeps 13 guests with a large pool


THE SPACE

Large family home has a fenced in back yard with inground pool. Off the pool area is a covered porch set up for casual relaxation. There is also an outdoor shower and gas grill for your use.

Just inside the front door is separate office for the worker bees that need to stay in touch with their business.

The family room (large screen smart TV) is open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Off the family room is an outdoor screened in dining porch.

The house has 2 king master suites -
* The first master suite has a king size bed, extra day bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with separate tub, shower and double vanities.
* The second master suite has a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom, which has a combination tub/shower.

Additional guest bedrooms are a queen and 2 single twin beds, which share a jack-n-jill bathroom with combination tub/shower.

Below deck of the main living level is a fun zone with one bunk with a trundle, another bunk, and a futon. Guest here will enjoy a 52" smart TV.

Pets (dogs only) are considered on a case-by-case basis and a 35 lb. maximum weight per dog. Limit is two dogs. But, please ask before booking so there is no misunderstanding. A non refundable pet fee is as follows: 1-dog $150, 2-dogs $250.

There is parking for up to 3 cars. No street parking.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
