Welcome to the luxurious vacation home at The Grey Pearl. The Grey Pearl is situated near the pier and village of St. Simons Island. This is the perfect for those seeking a retreat from their busy lives and looking for a tranquil vacation setting. The main house is elegantly designed with spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The decor is tasteful and classic with comfortable furnishings that provide a warm and welcoming ambiance. Each bedroom is equipped with a cozy bed and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. To further enhance your vacation experience, the vacation home also includes a cozy guest house that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The guest house has a decorative theme for dog lovers in mind and perfect for those seeking a private and intimate vacation experience. The property boasts of a stunning private pool, where you can relax and unwind while soaking up the sun. The fenced in backyard allows you to comfortably enjoy your time in the pool or have a barbecue using the gas grill available. The location of the vacation home is a major attraction as it is situated close to the pier and village of St. Simons Island. The beautiful beaches, local attractions, and restaurants are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base to explore this charming coastal town of Georgia.


THE SPACE

Primary Suite: King bed, large en suite bathroom, located upstairs
Second King: Also upstairs, this King bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well
Queen Suite: Located on the main floor, en suite bathroom
Guest Room: Queen bed upstairs
Guest House: Private suite with queen bed, plus 3 bunks for kids (kids only please in the bunks), the apartment is detached from the main house, over the garage. Note, the garage itself is not for guest use. There's plenty of parking here.

All bedrooms have modern smart TVs and fresh comfortable bedding.

For your protection and ours, security surveillance is in use outside only, front and back yard.


Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
