Please come enjoy our home away from home- "Sweet T" on St Simons Island. The gated Harbour Oaks community offers a quiet, relaxed neighborhood vibe and is located close to St Simons Pier and Village. 213 Harbour Oaks has been fully and beautifully renovated with casual décor and ground floor convenience. The comfortable and inviting custom layout features a casual open floor plan for up to 8 to enjoy. We believe Sweet T is the most beautiful unit in Harbour Oaks.
THE SPACE
- The Primary Suite features a king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower and new flat screen TV with cable.
- A second bedroom features a queen bed and is decorated in a coastal palm motif.
- A third bedroom is configured to sleep up 3 - a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. It's perfect for the kids, but the décor is neutral so guests of any age will be at home here.
- The sunroom area is a very relaxing space with a daybed by large corner windows overlooking greenspace.
- Our favorite spot is our tranquil back patio and sitting area, perfect for breakfast or an evening beverage and conversation by the pond.
Harbour Oaks is known for its LOCATION! Visitors to St Simons want to be near the Pier, Village, Lighthouse, and of course the beach. Harbour Oaks gives you that great location, but in a setting that is peaceful and serene. We are next to Mallery Park and less than half a mile to the beach and Village - St Simons' social center. This area hosts many of the island's restaurants and shops, has the fishing/crabbing pier, a huge oceanfront park, Splash Zone, mini golf, and of course the St Simons lighthouse. It's close enough to walk, which we always enjoy.
Other exclusive Harbour Oaks amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful pool and fitness center which are available for residents and guests.

For coffee lovers among us, we have a Keurig machine and a drip coffee for your use, or try our local coffee shop - Palm Coast Coffee. And of course St Simons has a Starbucks!
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

My husband, our daughter, and in-laws stayed at Ryan's condo, and we felt right at home. The condo itself is in pristine condition, and it had a cozy feel to it. The decor has a beach-y theme that was fun, yet calming. We were all able to easily relax and enjoy our time in Saint Simons. The community is quiet and feels very safe. Parking was available in front of the condo, which made unpacking/packing, and moving our car seat in and out of the car a breeze. The condo is also only a walk-away from the downtown area, which is quaint and very cute! The close proximity made exploring without driving very easy (especially if you're looking to take a nice stroll to one of the downtown restaurants for a cocktail, or a coffee at a local cafe, or to take in the views of the Saint Simons Island Pier, which displays a gorgeous sunset!). I can't tell you how pleased we were with this beautiful condo. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and once we looked around we didn't want to leave. The location is perfect near restaurants, parks, beaches and night life. This gated community was safe, clean and perfectly landscaped. We would recommend and stay here whenever I and my friends visit St. Simon's. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! This condo is super family-friendly - there were toys, games, and books for the kids. It is also very close to a big playground and park my kids enjoyed. We were also able to quickly and easily walk into town. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The condo is pretty big and spacious and would still have plenty of room if we brought the grandparents with us next time. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back again soon!

Sweet T was a joy to stay in on our first visit to SSI. The condo included just about everything we needed for our visit. It was beautifully decorated with fun, whimsical art pieces that made us smile. We rode our bikes to the little village and pier area. We searched for Tree Spirits, visited Fort Frederica, Christ Church and Gascoigne Bluff. We even took a tour on Jekyll Island. We will definitely be back to visit SSI and Sweet T. Overall, we had a great time at Ryan's condo! The inside is well appointed and decorated. The water out the back was a favorite of our kids to watch the turtles swim. And the location is wonderful! We did have a few maintenance hiccups that had to be fixed, and I spoke with Ryan directly and he had everything addressed. Also, we were not able to use the trundle bed under the bunk bed because it blocked the doorway, which is a no go for little kids - we brought a toddler air mattress so it all worked out. All that considered, Ryan & team were very responsive and accommodating. We will consider renting with Lighthouse again.

Great location just a short walk to the village. We loved the comfy beds and the newer TVs and appliances. WiFi is super fast too! It is a lower level unit so we did hear heavy footsteps very often, but if the weather is nice, you should spend time outside at the beach anyways!

My family and I booked this condo for my daughters spring break and were not disappointed. From checking in, to check out, everything was perfect. Actually, everything was better than expected. The condo was immaculately clean with added touches throughout that I normally don't see while staying at other Airbnb places. The location was central to all the activities we desired, the beach, parks, coffee shops, restaurants, local bars and taverns. It was also very close to grocery stores and shopping for the whole family. Day trips to Tybee Island or Jekyll island are easy from this location, as well as cheaper 🙂 I highly recommend booking with Ryan and his lighthouse group because they will exceed your expectations to make sure you've created lasting memories for the whole family.

We had a great time on our St Simons family vacation. The communication with the host and property management agency was excellent. The condo was clean and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. The layout/floor plan made the space seem much bigger and it was nice having the bedrooms on opposite sides. The only con would be hearing the people above us walking around at night. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the amenities.

A wonderful beach condo just minutes from downtown St Simon and the beach! We had such a great time and the condo was beautiful and so welcoming! We rented golf carts and were able to get everywhere on the island in just minutes! The owners and the rental company were so accommodating and when we needed their help with a package that had been delivered they answered quickly and gave so much help! We can't wait to come back soon and would recommend to anyone looking to stay at St. Simons Island!

Excellent location. Close enough to be in the middle of the excitement when you wish to be and also just far enough to still enjoy quiet nights and mornings. A few minute walk to pier Village, shops, restaurants, convenience store, etc. Although the rental did not offer a grill we found plenty near the pier/playground and had dinner with a gorgeous sunset. I do not see how anyone could be disappointed with this rental and hope to enjoy it again in the future. For reference we had 3 adults (40 plus) 2- 20+ year olds and 2- 18 year olds. We all had plenty of space, amenities and had a wonderful time for 5 days.

We stayed at this lovely condo in June 2020. There were 2 families - 2 couples and 4 girls ages 11-20. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and share space comfortably. The condo was very nicely stocked with nice hand soap and starter paper products and it was exceptionally clean. I thought the king bed was EXTREMELY comfortable (as did my picky husband with back pain) and no one else had complaints about beds either. The kids really enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles right off the back patio and a nice resident of the complex gave them a bag of food on our first day. The pool was nice and not crowded when we were there. The condo is in walking distance of the Village and pier, but is not in walking distance to any beaches. We drove to East Beach for our beach time which is about 10 minutes away. Several of the local restaurants were closed when we were there because of COVID, so we did a lot of cooking (mostly local shrimp!) and found the kitchen to be well stocked (btw, there IS a KEURIG for your coffee). One restaurant I would highly recommend was CJ's for pizza. We thought it was some of the best we had ever had! One thing that was not super clear in the listing or from the pictures was the bunk or kids bedroom - it has a full size bed with a twin bunk and then there is a twin trundle bed underneath. We decided the trundle made it too crowded in that room, so we ended up using an air mattress in the king bedroom for the 11 year old. One thing that my family (with 11 and 13 yo girls) found strange was that there is no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom. Since our family was sharing it, I actually when to Target and bought a tension rod and black out curtain to create a door / privacy in the bathroom (and we left it there for future guests!). Overall this is a very nice, quiet property that I would recommend. We had absolutely no problems with communication or check in.

First off, the 3 bedroom condo was beautiful. Modern appliances, comfortable well maintained furniture, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean, master bedroom has its own bathroom. The other bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom. Very nice outdoor patio and seating with view of pond. Second, 4/10 of a mile to walk to town through a park with pickle ball courts, baseball field, and playground. Everyone in town friendly, food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place. In fact family down there now enjoying sun, weather and food.

The property was very clean and super-cute. Was within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Even walked to WWII museum from the lighthouse and found a great place for lunch along the way. Easy drive to Jekyll Island for fun bicycle tour. Property management was awesome! I accidentally turned on parental controls for tv remote, and they were able to research and solve the problem. Great place to stay! We will definitely try for this location again!!

Every amenity (pool, park, tennis courts, workout room), bright, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. We have so enjoyed the wonderful patio for sipping wine, eating dinner and just relaxing. The condo is spotless, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms nicely updated and the kitchen well equipped. With the screen doors, we can hear the fountain and event the occasional ships horn for the sound/water, just a short 8 - 10 minute walk away. We have been able to park our car and simply make the short walk to the village, pier and beach. Such a gem. We had planned to stay for a 4 day weekend, but extended our stay to a full week. If we didn't absolutely have to get back north for an important appointment, we would definitely stay even longer. Thank you for sharing this magical place with us, we hope to be back again soon and often.
