Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring the village, or simply relaxing at the cottage, Summertime Cottage is your perfect home base for an unforgettable St. Simons Island getaway.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

The location on this Airbnb is wonderful for the price point. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed. I made the trip out nearly every day with my kids in a stroller. The pictures make it seem smaller than it actually is, which is a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again long term should I return to SSI.
