Located on St. Simons Island in the gated seaside community called Sea Oats, this beautiful home offers 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, and 3 1/2 bathrooms for added convenience.

THE SPACE
One of the standout features of Red Cedar is its inviting courtyard pool, located at the entrance of the home. It provides a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay. There is an option during the cooler months to have the courtyard pool heated (fee applies). Additionally, the property offers parking space for up to 3 cars (2-garage, 1-in front of the home on gravel area), ensuring convenience for you and your guests.

The home also offers porches on each level of the home, allowing you to soak in the island atmosphere and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. For those seeking breathtaking views, the rooftop deck provides a stunning vantage point overlooking the ocean, making it an ideal spot for sunset gazing or stargazing.
As guests, you'll have access to the community pool at Coast Cottage, providing an additional option for swimming and recreation. Furthermore, the private beach entrance allows for easy and convenient access to the beautiful sandy shores of St. Simons Island.

Home Layout:
1st level – Entry, Garage and storage closets

2nd level – TV sitting room, covered porch, Queen Bedroom (sleeps 2) with access to the porch, hall bathroom with tub/shower, Queen Bedroom (sleeps 2) adjoining bathroom with tub/shower. Twin Bedroom (sleeps 2) adjoining bathroom with shower.

3rd level – Open living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen (gas cooktop, convection oven, toaster oven, drip coffee maker and Breville grinder), access to covered porch, half bathroom and laundry room.

4th level – King Suite (sleeps 2), adjoining bathroom with separate water closet, shower, double vanity and tub. Adjoining the king suite is a sleeping room with daybed and trundle (sleeps 2), desk space and access to covered porch and rooftop deck.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
