THE SPACE
Seaclusion Too is the ground floor of a unique two-unit oceanfront vacation property on St. Simons Island.
Seaclusion Too is located directly on the sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean, within one-half mile or a 10-minute walk to the village/pier area. Our home has recently been renovated and features a direct and unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, the shipping channel, and Jekyll Island. You will have peace and quiet in your private beachfront backyard while enjoying 180-degree beautiful ocean views from your living room, open kitchen, and dining room through two sets of big glass sliders. You can see as far as Cumberland Island from the patio and living room, and throughout the day you can experience the ever-changing tidal patterns that come with the ocean's gentle ebb and crashing flow on the rocks in front of Seaclusion Too.
Enjoy waking up and walking out to your private patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, feeling the wonderful ocean breezes above your own private white sand beach.
Sit back and relax.
Watch the ships and dolphins go by.
Sit in the sun and get a tan.
Read a book.
Go biking and walking on the beautiful flat sand beach and spend tranquil moments wading and fishing in the waters close to shore.
Each unit features two bedrooms with comfortably appointed king beds and an open dining room/living room with a sofa sleeper with unobstructed ocean views. A queen-sized air mattress is also available. Two bathrooms feature a tub with shower and walk-in shower, respectively. Renovations to the kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, walls, etc., include comfortable furnishings, all tile and wood flooring, both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a laundry room. We have a flat screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom.
We also have all the necessities - dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware, and blender.
Seaclusion Too is situated in one of the most desirable areas on St. Simons Island, where you can walk in a few minutes to the charming village with its fine dining establishments, lively bars, and unique boutiques, or you can rent a golf cart and tour this picturesque Southern island. And - for the golfer - St. Simons has plenty of challenging courses to satisfy all who play the game. Let us book a tee-time for you!
Seaclusion Too is the lower unit, a barrier-free condo at ground level. The floor plans of both condos are identical, and both are beautifully furnished and appointed. If one is not available, be sure to check on the other listing.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We have stayed here previously and were excited to return. This Air Bnb is in the PERFECT location if you want to stay in a beachfront property that is close to the village, restaurants, parks, and shopping. We rented a bike and could get to every where that we wanted to go. Walking out the door and onto the beach was wonderful! The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for relaxing. We chose the first floor so that it was accessible for our friend who has mobility issues and it worked out very well. We would love to stay here again!

We had the best time getting away for a long weekend and staying in this sweet little spot! It is literal steps from the beach with a little sandy spot out front for the kids to play while you sit on the porch watching the waves come in and the dolphins swim by. Very conveniently located just a 3 min drive (or 15ish minute walk) to downtown and restaurants. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. We cannot thank Lighthouse enough for providing such a sweet, clean place for our family to make memories. We cannot wait to return!

This place is AMAZING! Waking up each morning to the view of the ocean was EVERYTHING! The place was clean, has everything that we needed, and extras! The king size beds in both bedrooms were comfortable… It is 3-4 minutes from restaurants and more. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Location, Location, Location!

We will stay here again! The condo was clean and bright. The location and views were perfect! We rode bikes to the pier and village, walked to dinner, sat on the porch and listened to the waves, and watched the fishing boats. My favorite part was being able to take a few steps and be on the beach and come back in for lunch and go back out without having to pack a thing. We also had great customer service. If we had a question, they got straight back to us ASAP. Also, we had to leave early because of mandatory hurricane evacuations. Although we had purchased insurance, the insurance company refused to pay. Knowing this was ridiculous, the owner/manager gave us a refund for the nights we had to cut short. THAT is customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The best location! The beach is at your doorstep! Low tide you can walk on the beach to th village for shopping and eats. Good point to see other local sights! Love this place!

We had an amazing vacation at Seaclusion Too! We found it hard to leave the amazing views of the condo to do anything else. We grilled out ocean-side most nights. The condo is clean and tastefully decorated. No complaints! We will stay at this little gem again. We love SSI!!

We had loved our rental, it was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and was so private :))) We enjoyed being right on the ocean, we went for walks several times a day, watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. If there is anything you need call Heather and she takes care of it right away! The location cant be beat, nothing like being right on the beach
Ideal for Young Children

Great location! The yard and sand garea was perfect for our young children. The shops and restaurants are walkable. We were a bit worried about being next to the public beach access, but it was no issue at all. We noticed this spot on the beach was much less crowded than other areas. The bathrooms would benefit from an update. However, they were clean perfectly functional. I would recommend packing a couple of sharp knives as the ones provided were a bit dull. We hope to come back!

We loved this property! I literally dont know where to begin. We stayed for Thanksgiving week and were so pleased we cant wait to return. Perfect location, right on the beach and an easy walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Everything you would need. They even provide beach chairs, toys and bikes! The manager Jennifer was excellent to work with. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location was perfect. We were walking distance from the cute shops and restaurants at Pier Village, which gave our teenage girls something fun to do. Having the cottage right on the ocean was beautiful and convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed quiet time on the covered patio with a wonderful ocean breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay!

This beach house exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect quaint beach home we were looking for. We are a family of 5 and also had my mother with us. The home was clean and well taken care of. The sleeping accommodations were outstanding, our two little boys slept on sleeper sofa with their Nana and our teen daughter had the 2nd bedroom to herself, teens and their privacy. My husband and myself in the master. The beds were so so comfortable and sheets and bedding clean crisp smell! Was so relaxing jumping into a big nice clean bed after a long day of flights and driving. The first morning I woke to the most beautiful view of the sunrise over the water just from our patio. It was so relaxing to be close enough to the water to see and hear the waves crashing along the beach. The location of the beach house is absolutely perfect, it's just outside of the downtown and very close to food and entertainment. We were walking distance to the lighthouse and park. We stayed a week and it was perfect for our family. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful beach home!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the living room is amazing. We could see boats and dolphins regularly. Beds were comfy and wifi and AC worked great. Access to and from beach is super easy. Location is very close to many wonderful restaurants and 'the pier. We love Crab Daddy's and Crab Trap.

Outstanding location. Right on a great beach—dolphins, boats, amazing walks all right there. 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants/village. Townhouse has everything you need, a bit dated, but right on for the price in our opinion. Not fancy, but a great little beach spot.

Since our visit from 2016 the weather created some issues such as the door sticking. There were a few other issues inside such as the ceiling fan not working and missing outlet cover in guest room. All issues were handled great and quick response to maintenance issues. Our stay was pleasant and defineitly relaxing. That is the best spot I believe on the beach. If I ever get the money up I would stay there again. I wish they had a plan in place to earn days the more you rent from one of their properties. I believe that too would keep repeat customers, kinda like a loyalty program. I would highly recommend using Lighthouse for your rentals. Thank you Lighthouse. Our trip was a memorial trip in remeberence of my Mom, Beth Wells. She had plans to move to the island before passing of Covid March 2020. She had rented the Seaclusion Too back in 2016. That is how we found we knew about the wonderful spot!

This was perfect for our get away. The views are amazing and direct beach access was perfect. We took every advantage to walk on the beach and shop around town. Did I mention the views ? We walked on the beach even did both a moon rising and sunrise walk. Bring your cameras! Parking was so easy and everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be making more plans to return!

We had such an amazing time. The ability to walk straight out on the sand and down to the beach brought so much relaxation and fun for the kids. The location can't be beat. A quick 1/2 mile walk to the town for lunch at Palm Coast Cafe on the deck and then hitting up Moo Cow ice cream on the way back - well, the kids were heaven. Lonnnng evening walks on the beach to watch the ships come in and the sun go down was icing on the cake. And then a fantastic nights sleep in the perfect beds with very cozy mattresses was the perfect way to end our days. Bring some bottled water for making coffee so you don't get that sea water taste! There's a pod coffee machine (not keurig brand) and basket coffee maker and there were plenty of coffee filters and we left even more! Everything was clean, we had plenty of towels, clean sheets, kitchen was well stocked. The bikes in the shed and sand toys were easily accessible. We had groceries delivered from Instacart/publix and a stroller delivered from (Website hidden by Airbnb) Both were lifesavers! It is an older home and we were in the bottom unit which meant we could hear the folks above move chairs and could hear their tv at night over the bedroom, but it was nothing a white noise app or sound machine couldn't drown out! This is a fantastic property, with a perfect location that will bring plenty of relaxation for you! We will be back!
