THE SPACE

This newly built 5-bedroom beauty is tucked away in a secluded neighborhood but is still just steps from all the action of the village and near to the beach.

This home beams with comfortable furnishings and elevated features throughout the home. High ceilings through the house and lots of windows, this home is bathed in light. Warm wood tones for floors and furnishings blends beautifully with upscale finishes and coastal decor to create an exceptional environment for your family.

Enter off the open porch into the large open family room to the dining room and kitchen in the back.

Kitchen is well equipped and includes a single serve and drip style coffee maker.

Primary bedroom with King Bed and ensuite is on the first floor at the rear of the home.

Also on the main level, there is a second guest room with queen bed with a shared bath with a bathroom, combo tub/shower.

Off the primary suite hall is a full-size laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.

Connected to the kitchen is a large porch with outdoor kitchen. This is a great spot with lounge chairs to enjoy ocean breezes.

Upstairs are three guest rooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, the second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has 2-bunk beds (which sleeps 4). Upstairs there is one shared bathroom with a combo tub/shower.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
