THE SPACE
Enter into the living room with smart TV, dining for 8 guests and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. Outside the screened in porch is a gas grill.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This house was fantastic! everything was clean and organized. The screened in porch and pool were both big hits with our family. The layout was perfect and it was very roomy. The street was private and quiet, which was a big plus. One thing to note, the property is very close to the airport. Our kids really enjoyed watching the airplanes, so it was a big plus for us. Some people may not like the noise, but we loved it!

A very nice, new home with all of the accommodations you'd need and at a competitive rate. It is located centrally and not too far from any one thing in St. Simmons proper. It's on a quiet road and the municipal airfield behind the home wasn't very busy and didn't draw any noticeable noise. Alex and Lighthouse rentals were very communicative and check in and checkout details were communicated well and went seamlessly. My only frustration was having a pool on the property but having to pay an exorbitant amount extra to heat the pool during a stay during the cooler months. We enjoyed the home and our stay and would book again in the future.

We loved that we could find such comfortable accommodations so close to everything we wanted to experience (beach, pier, restaurants, activities).

Great stay with great friends! We loved the house! It was absolutely beautifully decorated and there was ample room for 4 couples. The spa/pool were nice after a day of shopping. The grill worked nicely and was clean. The location of the house was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Time Flys! The house was immaculate and gorgeously decorated. Our group consisted of 4 couples and two small dogs. There was ample space and we never felt cramped at all. Having en suite bathrooms with each bedroom was fantastic! The spa/pool was nice after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The location was very convenient. We highly recommend staying here!

This property was everything we had hoped for and more. It was beautifully decorated and everything was brand new and smelled brand new! We were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate a birthday and this property did not disappoint. It was 5 mins from the beach and 5 minutes to everything you would ever need on St. Simons from restaurants, shops and grocery. Each room had its own private restroom, smart TVs and comfortable bedding. The house was top notch with every amenity and more. Our family of four had more than enough space and the surrounding area was extremely peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and had a most amazing time! We would highly recommend staying here in the future!
