The Tower House at East Beach - 4204 9th Street
6 Bedroom home with pool and located at 9th Street Beach Entrance.
THE SPACE
The main level serves as the living area with a large chef's style kitchen, Wolf 6 burner gas stove, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Microwave, Ninja, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to a family room and separate dining room. There is access to the covered lanai with a Natural Gas Grill and a Green Egg Cooker.
Upstairs has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, guest bedroom with a King bed and a hall bathroom with combo tub/shower. At the end of the hall is a king bedroom suite and en suite bathroom.
The ground features our new bunk room with 2 Twin XL Single beds and 2 Queen beds on the lower bunks, there is a full bath and a half bath off the family room.
The top floor is a Family Primary Suite, with a generous side king bedroom and ensuite bath, plus an additional separate queen bedroom on this level
Pocket views of the ocean can be seen from the mid and upper levels of the home.
Inground pool is 18 X 32, 6 X 8 Spa. Optional pool/spa heat during the cooler months. Pool & Spa heats at the same time. This is not a jetted hot tub.
There is generous parking for up to 5 cars at the front of the house.
We supply linens and towels and you will find an initial supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Relax, enjoy and make memories at The Tower House!
All bedrooms and family rooms have Smart TV's.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home on SSI. It was large and well equipped for our group. I took a small work group to have an offsite work/relax week and begin to prepare for 2022. We were easily able to spread out on the large dining table and all gain access to WiFi without issue. The location was great for access to East Beach + The Village. We had the opportunity to enjoy amazing sunrises every day and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The kitchen is large and well stocked and we took advantage versus going out to dinner. I highly recommend this home and cannot wait to come back in the future.

Long Weekend

We had a great time staying for a long weekend with two families. Plenty of room, great accommodations and very convenient location. Only hiccup was getting the jacuzzi to work effectively but we pretty much worked it out with the property manager. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had a family reunion in St Simons, and this house exceeded our expectations???the pictures don???t do it justice! The house was immaculate, well appointed, and had all the amenities we needed. The layout was so lovely and unique. The downstairs was perfect for our one year old grandson and parents to have privacy, and was very creatively designed. Beds were comfy. The master bath was incredible, with a huge shower and huge closet. The deck off the 4th floor allowed for partial ocean views and was a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee! The large dining room was so nice for full family meals and game playing. The covered patio was beautiful, and the bbq/egg set up was great. We enjoyed the pool/spa daily, which was a good size and well maintained*. There were beach chairs and a cart provided, some games, and 4 bikes as well. The location was quiet and just a short walk to the beach! Only a mile or two from town as well- supermarket and restaurants were very close. We LOVED the property, and definitely plan to return! * only issue: the pool company did come for maintenance, overchlorinated the pool/spa, damaging bathing suits ( and skin!) * just an FYI- wear closed toed shoes/ sneakers for the beach path walk, as the path has brambles that pierce your feet and can cause deep splinters ( this can easily ruin your fun!)

Amazing home and amazing stay!!! Great for big or multiple families! Everything is laid out perfect and house is top notch. We loved the pool, huge fridge & kitchen and ice machine was a major plus. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Right beside beach outlet but still a small walk through the trail. Would highly recommend First time at SSI and we would come back in a heartbeat!

The Tower house was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful vacation home for a large family. Four King beds were a big draw to this house. Lighthouse Mgmt was very responsive to needs. A week to remember!

Absolutely stunning house with so many beds! Loved the outdoor area so much, and had so much room to spread out. Also fantastic location, just a five minute walk to the beach, and the access is right outside the house! Great for a group.

Beautifully furnished, decorated and well-equipped beach home! Steps from a wooded path that leads to East Beach. Outdoor patio and pool area very nice! We only had 6 in our group, but room for 2 or possibly 3 families.

This is a gorgeous house in a great location. The house is very well done....huge kitchen, lots of bedrooms, TVs in every room., washer/dryer...plenty of space for large family get togethers. One of the public beach accesses is just out the back gate! The neat little path to the beach isn't too long and the hosts provided a wagon, chairs, tables, boogy boards and beach towels! It was so convenient to get to and from the beach. The pool and patio are fantastic and provided a great retreat after too much sand and saltwater. This house is definitely a must stay if you visit SSI!

We LOVED this house. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen was very well set up, including nice touches like a high-end smoothie blender. It was nice to have the four bikes waiting for us in the garage. Morning coffee by the pool or watching the sunrise from the top floor balcony were other highlights.

It was a perfect stay. The property was clean and well appointed. It was very easy to work with the property management company - they were incredibly responsive and available. The pool and space were terrific and well maintained and it was a short, fun walk to the beach. We hope to return.

We were the first visitors to that in this brand new listing. Everything has been lovingly and thoughtfully refurbished. All the finishes and furniture and fittings are The Best! Sparkling clean. The location is incredible, and you can hear the waves from your bed, or from one of the many porches. We loved it!
