Uncloudy Day is an ideal location to popular restaurants like Fiddlers, Crab Trap, Craby Daddy’s, Barrier Island Brewery and Echo at the King and Prince. East Beach Causeway is close and takes you to the entrance of the Coast Guard Station Beach Entrance, where you will non tidal sandy beach. The village is in close proximity for a vast array of restaurants, shops, The Lighthouse and Pier. It’s ideal to rent a golf cart or bikes to get around.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

The house was very well maintained and just beautiful. It was walking distance to the downtown, about a mile, and close to some restaurants and the beach. The pool and fire pit area were so lovely. Relaxing on the back porch was a highlight. Lots of space for two families, total 7 people. Kitchen area, laundry, very nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall very comfortable.

Exceptional house that had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Pool, grill and backyard porch were fabulous and used frequently throughout our one week stay. House is within walking distance to several good restaurants. Short golf cart ride to the beach. House provides beach towels and beach chairs which was a plus. The house is located on a fairly busy road but we did not find the traffic noise an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the house was extremely light and airy with beautiful decor. It was fully stocked with linens and cooking supplies, beautiful stay and extremely close to the beach and all the best restaurants on st Simon’s. I ran to the beach every morning for sunrise, our group of 8 was very well accommodated and able to gather in the open living space downtairs very open concept with large cooking/ dining space, Upstairs master bath and closet were amazing with access to outdoor deck. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Stay and location will definitely be returning!!!!! Thank you lighthouse team!
