THE SPACE

Start your day by enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee on our beautiful covered porches, offering a serene atmosphere. Afterward, take a refreshing dip in our spacious private pool, the ideal spot to cool off after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Conveniently situated just one house away from a picturesque stretch of shoreline, The Ship's Belle is perfectly positioned between the Village and Coast Guard Beach. This prime location allows for easy access to a variety of restaurants, putt-putt golf, the Lighthouse, and other exciting family activities.

Our goal was to create a tranquil ambiance reminiscent of the seaside, and every detail in the home reflects this intention.

THE SPACE
The 5 bedroom / 5 and 2 1/2 bathroom layout is:

• Primary suite on main level with king bed and ensuite bath with large walk-in shower, large walk in closet, and Smart TV.
• Powder room on main level in hall.
• Guest bedroom (1) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV.
• Guest bedroom (2) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV.
• Guest bedroom (3) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV.
• Guest bedroom (4) on upper level - bunk room, 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and Smart TV.
• Hall Bath on upper level - Bath with tub/shower combo.
• Pool Bath on lower level - 1/2 bath

Other features:
Formal dining room seats up to 10-guests
Downstairs Living / Family room with a Smart TV and overlooking large, screened-in porch and pool.
Office or Reading room at the front of the house.
Upstairs Living room with large TV.
Very well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar – the kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee pot, Thor electrtic range, and lots of cookware and serving ware.
Two laundry rooms with washers / dryers for your use - one upstairs and one on the main level.

Guests will have access to the carport.
There is enough parking for up to 5 cars. No street parking or parking on the grass.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
