We’re a locally owned vacation rental company on St. Simons Island, Georgia, and we exist to take the guesswork out of your stay so you can spend your time on what matters: the beach, the golf course, and the people you came with.
Who We Are
Lighthouse Vacations is a boutique vacation rental and property management company based on St. Simons Island. Our team grew up here, vacations here, and owns rental homes here. We know the Island’s neighborhoods, its seasons, and its people because they’re ours too.
We’ve chosen to stay small on purpose. Instead of managing every listing we can, we look after a hand-picked collection of luxury homes across the Village, East Beach, and the oceanfront. That focus lets us know each property in detail and answer your questions with real answers, not a script.
Since 2017, we’ve paired that local knowledge with modern booking, marketing, and guest-service technology, so planning your trip is as easy as enjoying it.

We give to trusted child-welfare nonprofits, volunteer alongside foster agencies, connect foster families with homeowners who offer respite stays, and host annual Lighthouse Cares Retreats where foster parents and agency staff can rest and recharge.
