THE SPACE
From the front door you will be in the foyer where the stairs lead up to the living level. Down the hall from the entry is a mini suite with a Queen size murphy bed. (sleeps 2). Adjoining the mini suite is a sitting area, small dining table, with a mini kitchen (no stove), microwave, and a single serve coffee maker. There is also a bathroom with a shower and single sink. The mini suite is a sweet retreat.
Upstairs on the 2nd level, is the living area with a large family room with a smart TV. There is a sectional sofa for comfy seating. Off the family room is a dining area for 8 guests. There is also a pub booth for a cozy dining experience. The kitchen area is open to the dining area. It is nicely equipped with an electric range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip and single serve coffee maker. Off the dining/kitchen area is a covered outdoor space with a dining table and gas grill. Back to the living area landing is a half bath with a traditional Loo.
Sleeping rooms are located on the 3rd level. There is a guest bedroom with a king (sleeps 2), smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Off this bedroom is a bunk room with a single on top and a queen on the bottom (sleeps 3) and a smart TV. Off the king bedroom is an outdoor seating area. Down the hall is the main bedroom with a king (sleeps 2), smart TV, adjoining bathroom with shower and double sinks. There is a laundry room locate off the bathroom.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

Uniquely designed home, well-furnished, perfect for family and friends. On a secluded street surrounded by beauty, just a few steps from ocean views and a couple walkable blocks to Mallery Street. Neighborhood houses are poshly maintained with inpeccable formal gardens and exteriors, backdropped by ancient sprawling live oak trees. Just a few minutes to drive to any of the public beach access points, 5 minute drive to conviences like a supermarket and Starbucks. Best restaurant we found by far is a breakfast place called Palmers; best retail is Beach Bum right next door to Palmers.

What a beautiful home! We loved having a large living area to hangout but also having pretty private bedrooms/bathrooms. The home was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. With it being our first time visiting the area we weren’t sure what to expect. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, sightseeing at the pier, and so much more!

This is beautiful house in great neighborhood! It dead ends to the St. Simons Sound that is steps away. It was a nice place to watch the sunset. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, and the showers were excellent! Nice kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare any kind of meal. Big dining room with seating for six plus a sitting booth for four. One of the guest rooms had a little room with a very nice and comfy bunk bed. And it had a little couch and tv. Perfect for the kids! We loved this house so much that we booked it for next year! Oh, I almost forgot, Its two blocks to town.
