Viewpoint Oaks - 303 7th Street, Unit 102

When you want to be near the beach and a walkable distance to the village, Viewpoint 303, #2 is the prime location. Literally steps to the beach with a 1-minute walk to the beach entrance. Viewpoint also offers a community pool, short walk to Neptune Park Fun Zone, Lighthouse & Pier/Village area. Or my favorite, simply relax on the porch for people watching. Early risers will delight in picturesque sunrises over the ocean and a therapeutic walk on the beach. There is something for everyone at Viewpoint.


THE SPACE

The home has 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 4 kids.

As you enter the home and behind the stairs is a beverage center with ice maker. At the end of the hall on the left is a Laundry Closet with Washer and Dryer. There is a back door to the green space under the live oaks and access to the community pool.

Upstairs on the second level you are greeted into the dining room seating for up to 10 guests, which opens to the kitchen and family room with TV, covered porch overlooking the greenspace and pool area, and screened in back porch with a great space for outdoor dining for 6 guests. Located in the landing is seating for 2 and down the hall is a half bath. There is a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker to include drip and single serve.

Bedrooms:
- 3 king bedrooms all with TV and attached bathroom.
- Bunk Room (sleeps 4). The bunk room has access to the 3rd level deck.


Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway on the gravel. No parking on the grass, on private lots nearby or in the street. Parking is strictly enforced to ensure the lawns are well preserved.

Gas Grill is on the ground level and serviced by natural gas.


Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
