Village Retreat is just one block to the village where there is shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, Neptune Park, and a pickle ball court on Mallery Street. Stroll to theLighthouse Museum with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking Jekyll Island and often times, especially in the warmer months, you can spot dolphins swimming by. For those who like to just chill out, relaxing or grilling poolside is the best place to be. Non tidal beach entrances are only 2 miles away.

THE SPACE
Welcome to our charming family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathroom.

The master is located on the main living area with adjoining bathroom with shower and walk in closet.

Guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and additional guest bedroom has two queen beds.

Upstairs guest bedrooms share a full bath off the hall with combo tub/shower.

Half bath is located at entry of the home.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a range. There is a breakfast bar (seating for 4) and dining table (seating for 6).

Owner has provided a drip style coffee maker and gas grill for your use.

Family Room, Master and Queen guestroom have TV's.

Guest will also have access to the garage. There is ample parking for 4 cars. We also suggest renting a golf cart to get around the island.

Pool is approximately 12’ x 27’. There is an option (fee) to heat in the cooler months.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Large old southern oaks flanked with Spanish moss give a feel of being treated to a guard of armor. The smell of fine southern seafood is thick in the air. All of this is literally steps away from a very clean, well equipped, up-to-date home with a beautifully kept pool. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic spot to explore SSI

This property was in an ideal location. Walk out your door to the beach, the dining, the bar, the shops. The house is great for a group of friends- we loved the 2 1/2 baths, the large couch and the heated pool. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had all you need to cook. Having use of the garage was so practical. Wish list-the property could use a few more beach towels and towels in general. We stayed 10 days and had to do a load of laundry. Property management company was responsive and check in was just a door code sent via email. Dont hesitate to stay here.

Loved the pool!

We had a great stay. House lay out was really functional and had all the amenities we needed. Pool was really large and a great place to cool off every afternoon. We tried to contact the property manager one time about a question with the pool but never got a response. That was our only issue. We loved being in such close proximity to the Village. Even grandma was able to walk to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Closest beach access points were submerged except during low tide, but we were able to walk down a couple of blocks past the pier and then go down to the shore even during higher tide times. Really convenient spot. Super quiet, especially when you consider how close it is to all the action.

From the great communications before the trip to all the amenities, the trip was absolutely perfect! The home was clean and the most perfect location to the village, pier, playground, putt putt, shopping and dining!! We didnt even need to use our vehicle during the stay!!! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was so warm and inviting!! Already trying to find a weekend to come back!

Location, Location, Location!

A great stay in St. Simons Island over Labor Day weekend. Check in was a breeze, the house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and despite being surrounded by other properties it felt quite private. The location was fantastic, only a few steps from the pier, shops, restaurants and parks. No need to worry about where to park - you can just walk to most any location in the pier area. We did drive to the beach, and recommend East Beach over the others. Overall great stay, and would come back to this property again.

We enjoyed our stay very much at 100 Mews Circle. The house was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again! We had a problem with the A/C and once we called Lighthouse Vacations it was taken care of immediately! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting SSI. It was our first trip ever to the island and we loved it:) I would recommend getting a golf cart as the property is not directly on beach but it is very close. We give this property 5 stars!!!

Could not have asked for a better trip! Responsive management and owner. Great communication throughout the process and visit. Loved the house and location is absolutely killer close to the pier, shops, and Neptune Park. Renting a golf cart is a must to get around, ideal for trips to the beach. Kitchen well stocked (we like to cook)...didn't eat out once during our week, though we got pizza from CJ's one night that was delish. Two options for shade outside, front porch in the morning and back deck in the afternoon. Super relaxing spot and very quiet for being so close to the action at the pier.
