THE SPACE
Step inside to find a cozy and well-appointed living space, complete with modern amenities and coastal decor that captures the island's laid-back vibe. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them at the dining table with ocean views.

The location is truly unbeatable. Just a short stroll away, you'll find some of the island's beloved eateries.

Unit 1106 is the end unit and has enough space for two cars.

First enter through the courtyard gate to the front door.

Ground Floor living space: As you enter the home, there is a half-bath on the left and a dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Just a few steps past the dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and combination dining living space over looking the vast green lawn to the beach and ocean. On the patio is an outdoor dining space with a gas grill.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
