Seas-the Day is located behind the courtyard wall with a screened in porch entrance. There is plenty of room to store your bikes during your stay. Bedroom Setup:
* The Master Suite has a king bed, flat screen TV with Comcast premium cable, and newly renovated May 2023) en suite bathroom attached featuring dual vanities, garden tub, and large shower. The master suite also features a sitting area and access to the balcony canopied by a live oak tree with outdoor.
* Queen Room - queen bed with flat screen TV.
* King Room - king bed and a flat screen TV
* 2x Full/ Bunk Room - New, Large Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds, Single on Top and Full on the bottom
There is enough sleeping room for 12 people. We have also provided an additional rollaway bed for one additional guest.

If your group likes to hang out together but also have some options to spread out, you'll enjoy our brick courtyard, screen porch, large living room, air hockey table, and private master suite sitting room - the home has an open floor plan that brings people together, with separate spaces to hang out too.
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric oven, cooktop, toaster, blender, utensils and drip & Keurig coffee maker.
Parking is limited to two typical sized cars or three small vehicles.
The house is equipped with the Xfinity Sports & Entertainment Package, Including NFL RedZone, CMT, CBS Sports Network, ESPN Goal Line & Bases Loaded, SEC Channel, Military History Channel, Outdoor Channel, MLB Network, Turner Classic Movies, and more.
We are not pet friendly. Do not bring pets as owners family members have severe allergies.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Enjoyed our Spring Break stay at Seas the Day. Can't beat the location and short walk to beach, King & Prince, and nearby restaurants (middle of it all). House felt bigger than pics, liked all the sitting spaces, and kitchen/bath renovations were very nicely done….overall, perfect for couple families staying together. Parking was a little tight but we figured it out. Also bikes available were nice touch and we used a bunch. Love SSI and would definitely stay here again!
Perfect getaway

The only problem we had staying here was having to leave!!! Everyone loved this property. I loved the way we heard a "gasp" when our family walked into the house. It's cozy yet has a large open concept for entertaining inside and outside in the courtyard. We turned on the outdoor wall fountain and enjoyed the sound of the running water as we sat around the comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. There is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The house comes with plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with the carrier to wheel it all to the best spot on the beach. Linda was easy to communicate with and made this rental easy.

Spacious Rooms and Near Shops & Beach

We were a family of six with four young adults visiting GA for a family wedding. The house has a great flow and layout. All bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas with kitchen are on the first floor. There is a cozy enclosed porch with plenty of seating. A large living room with comfy furniture and an air hockey table (lots of fun). Plenty of seating and prep room in the kitchen area. Beautiful balcony off the primary bedroom. The house has a warm welcoming feel. It is also near shops and the beach which makes for a great location. The house has a nice pebbled space for parking off the street for one to two cars. I highly recommend this home as a rental; it's a very accommodating space for a large group.

We had an amazing time. We appreciated the fast air conditioning fix and all of the “extras”- the bikes, outdoor shower, linens, games, beach equipment, the general set up of the house, and the easy check out process. I cannot brag enough about the location- it was even better than we expected- no need to rent a golf cart to get to the beach- super easy walk! And a drive-thru liquor store so close you can drive the bike to pick up booze. So cool!

Extremely convenient to everything and only a block from the beach. Nice courtyard was perfect for nightly family cornhole games and porches were lovely for coffee drinking and morning yoga. We are glad that we stayed there 🙂

Our whole family stayed here for a wedding at King and Prince. It was a perfect location and house for the weekend. Several showers and lots of warm water for us all to get ready. The house was very clean. Only thing we weren't crazy about was the hard beds but they didnt deter from the house being a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is ideal as it's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants and a yoga studio. The house itself is very accommodating with its multiple sitting areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Our group was two families with little kids and it worked out great. Each set of parents had their own room. The kids spread out between the bunk room and one other bedroom. The front porch is great for morning coffee. And the patio is perfect for stashing sandy beach gear at the end of the day. We would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I, my husband???s brother and sister-in-law and her sister really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close to the Village. Backing up to the brewery was a bonus. Weather was rainy and cold (to be expected in February). Will definitely be back and recommend this house.

Spacious rental with a great location

We really enjoyed our weekend in this home! Its spacious and was so nice to have so many things provided that we would need (beach chairs, boogie boards, carts, bikes, kitchen necessities, etc). Its a super easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative thing is that the layout of the master suite with the bathroom/bunk room mixed in was a little wonky. Its not a huge drawback but would be more functional for guests if the owners would put a door separating the master bedroom from the hallway with the bathroom & bunk room. Overall, a great home!

Overall great experience and would rent here again! Although, its not a 4 bedroom... the bunk beds are in what was a his/hers master bedroom closet, therefore the master bedroom doesn't have a true door to have separation (grandparents stayed in it). And for a safety factor we had to be extra cautious with kids; balcony door and fireplace etc. Master is obscenely huge and could even fit another bed/pull out couch for extra sleeping. House includes toddler bed & crib which was great for our family! The downstairs was lovely, especially with the back sitting area which we enjoyed daily 🙂 Parking got complex even with 3 cars (one always blocked in)-- luckily public parking is closeby! Loved the proximity to a couple restaurants! Loved the spacious bathrooms & all the chairs/tent/etc that came along with this house. OH and cant forget the incredibly quaint fountain & courtyard!

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay in St. Simon's. The house is perfect for families. I've stayed in many vacation homes that promise amenities, but this one really delivers. From the bikes and ample beach chairs, down to the cart to lug it all to the water...everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The house comes well equipped with everything you could need for your weekend. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and places to eat. We never even moved the car once we got there, just walked or biked everywhere. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation home.

AMAZING! You have found your next vacation home, STOP LOOKING!! This house is the picture of perfection. Best house I have ever rented for any vacation. From location to amenities (on premises). We packed our personal items and the rest was there awaiting us, from bikes to coolers to beach accessories, etc.. Couldn't have asked for a more gracious home owner either. Big, beautiful home for memorable family vacation

This home is spacious and clean with plenty of room for the seven of us to eat, sleep, and bathe comfortably. It is well decorated and just a two-minute walk to the beach and the Crab Trap, our family must-eat-at-restaurant. Communicating with the owners was easy, and it was easy to access entry to the house once we arrived. Very nice washer/dryer for extended stays. The kitchen is huge as is the master suite area, a nice retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home! It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed (kitchen facilities, laundry room, linens). There is a private porch of the master bedroom and a large private front porch. The beach is footsteps from the condo. There are a plethora of quality restaurants to choose from! For a family of 5, it can be hard to share space, but this house made it easy! They especially loved the game table. I HIGHLY recommend this home for an couples retreat or for a family vacation!

This is a great place to stay with a family or group! The bedrooms are spacious, and there is plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped or too far away from each other. It's walking distance to the beach, perfect for mid-day bathroom breaks and cooler refills, and is close to lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning!

The perfect vacation home in the perfect location

WOW doesn't begin to describe this home. Nestled under huge Live Oak trees, surrounded by a wall that gives privacy to the courtyard we found the perfect place to unwind. The grandkids were able to play in complete safety in the courtyard and our 7 year old grandson thought the kids bunk room was "the coolest room ever". The home is beautiful and comfortable. Multiple seating areas in the front and back, on a screened porch and in the courtyard by a soothing fountain gives all members of the family a place to hang out. I read 2.5 books in 4 days sitting outdoors listening to the fountain while I nursed my favorite adult beverage. The bikes were perfect for us to use to explore the gorgeous architecture and gardens. The beach is a block away and shopping and wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. I have always preferred mountain vacations but St. Simons may have changed my mind. I'd return here over and over.
Beautiful House in a Wonderful Location!

To start, the house is beautiful! It is spacious and has plenty of living spaces to sit and relax (which is rare for our family of 6!). My personal favorite is the courtyard with the overhanging oak trees. I loved to sit out on the porch, or the upstairs deck off of the master bedroom, and enjoy the trees. We have four kids and they also absolutely loved the house! My son enjoyed playing with the foosball table and, of course, we all loved either walking or riding bikes to the beach. The location is also great. It is a short walk (or bike ride if you like) to the beach , shops and restaurants, and only a mile from the pier village. We actually ended up walking to the pier village every evening to play at Neptune Park and grab some food! We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience in a home away from home. My husband, 3 children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay... so much in fact the children didn't want to leave. The beach and restaurant choices are in walking distance. The beautiful pier (from which you can see Jekyll Island) is just a short drive away. It was great to take a stroll among the shops for souvenirs and stop for ice cream. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is well kept and orderly. The screened front porch was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee. There is ample seating and I loved the openness of the downstairs layout. There's also a small, windowless bunk room that is PERFECT for families with little ones who don't want the sun waking children at the crack of dawn. We didn't need the crib, but knowing there is one here makes this tasteful home even more charming and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

This was the perfect beach house for my husband and kids- ages 5 & 7. We brought their bikes but were pleasantly surprised to find two adult bikes with the house that we could use, as well as a beach wagon and chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The house had plenty of space and was very peaceful. We spent every morning and evening relaxing on the screen porch. And our kids loved playing air hockey and corn hole. You can enter the beach at King & Prince which is a half a block away. So super close. Great place if you're heading to SSI.

We stayed four nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very accommodating for our family of 10 with plenty of space for everyone. Enough TV's to watch all the college football games. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, one thing that would have been nice was to have a regular coffee pot, not only the single k cup type. Owners were easy to communicate with.

The title of the review pretty much says it all. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of room. The layout was great for hanging out playing foosball getting loud downstairs while not disturbing anyone who wanted to sleep upstairs. Very quick walk to the beach, restaurants and little shops. Beautiful House in a Wonderful Location! 5/5 Stayed Feb 2017 To start, the house is beautiful! It is spacious and has plenty of living spaces to sit and relax (which is rare for our family of 6!). My personal favorite is the courtyard with the overhanging oak trees. I loved to sit out on the porch, or the upstairs deck off of the master bedroom, and enjoy the trees. We have four kids and they also absolutely loved the house! My son enjoyed playing with the foosball table and, of course, we all loved either walking or riding bikes to the beach. The location is also great. It is a short walk (or bike ride if you like) to the beach , shops and restaurants, and only a mile from the pier village. We actually ended up walking to the pier village every evening to play at Neptune Park and grab some food! We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Published Feb 28, 2017

Beautiful Immaculate Home 5/5 Stayed Dec 2016 This was our first experience in a home away from home. My husband, 3 children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay... so much in fact the children didn't want to leave. The beach and restaurant choices are in walking distance. The beautiful pier (from which you can see Jekyll Island) is just a short drive away. It was great to take a stroll among the shops for souvenirs and stop for ice cream. Wonderful House! 5/5 Stayed Nov 2016 We absolutely loved our stay! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is well kept and orderly. The screened front porch was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee. There is ample seating and I loved the openness of the downstairs layout. There's also a small, windowless bunk room that is PERFECT for families with little ones who don't want the sun waking children at the crack of dawn. We didn't need the crib, but knowing there is one here makes this tasteful home even more charming and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

The perfect vacation home in the perfect location 5/5 Stayed Apr 2017 WOW doesn't begin to describe this home. Nestled under huge Live Oak trees, surrounded by a wall that gives privacy to the courtyard we found the perfect place to unwind. The grandkids were able to play in complete safety in the courtyard and our 7 year old grandson thought the kids bunk room was "the coolest room ever". The home is beautiful and comfortable. Multiple seating areas in the front and back, on a screened porch and in the courtyard by a soothing fountain gives all members of the family a place to hang out. I read 2.5 books in 4 days sitting outdoors listening to the fountain while I nursed my favorite adult beverage. The bikes were perfect for us to use to explore the gorgeous architecture and gardens. The beach is a block away and shopping and wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. I have always preferred mountain vacations but St. Simons may have changed my mind. I'd return here over and over.

STOP LOOKING! This place is perfection 5/5 Stayed Apr 2017 AMAZING! You have found your next vacation home, STOP LOOKING!! This house is the picture of perfection. Best house I have ever rented for any vacation. From location to amenities (on premises). We packed our personal items and the rest was there awaiting us, from bikes to coolers to beach accessories, etc.. Couldn't have asked for a more gracious home owner either. Dealing with her was such a pleasurable experience overall....we will definitely be going back soon...

Family Getaway Dream! 5/5 Stayed Apr 2017 We very much enjoyed our weekend stay in St. Simon's. The house is perfect for families. I've stayed in many vacation homes that promise amenities, but this one really delivers. From the bikes and ample beach chairs, down to the cart to lug it all to the water...everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The house comes well equipped with everything you could need for your weekend. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and places to eat. We never even moved the car once we got there, just walked or biked everywhere. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation home.

Wonderful home! 5/5 Stayed May 2017 . We really enjoyed this home. It was very spacious which was great when you have children. It was clean and the home was equipped with all the cooking, living, and beach necessities needed to accommodate us. We would all highly recommend this home to anyone who has kids. It was within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and park. We really loved our stay!

Big, beautiful home for memorable family vacation 5/5 Stayed Jun 2017 This home is spacious and clean with plenty of room for the seven of us to eat, sleep, and bathe comfortably. It is well decorated and just a two-minute walk to the beach and the Crab Trap, our family must-eat-at-restaurant. Communicating with the owners was easy, and it was easy to access entry to the house once we arrived. Very nice washer/dryer for extended stays. The kitchen is huge as is the master suite area, a nice retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Downstairs! Great bathrooms! Lovely Porch! 4/5 Stayed Jun 2017 Overall great experience and would rent here again! Although, it's not a 4 bedroom... the bunk beds are in what was a his/hers master bedroom closet, therefore the master bedroom doesn't have a true door to have separation (grandparents stayed in it). And for a safety factor we had to be extra cautious with kids; balcony door and fireplace etc. Master is obscenely huge and could even fit another bed/pull out couch for extra sleeping. House includes toddler bed & crib which was great for our family! The downstairs was lovely, especially with the back sitting area which we enjoyed daily 🙂 Parking got complex even with 3 cars (one always blocked in)-- luckily public parking is closeby! Loved the proximity to a couple restaurants! Loved the spacious bathrooms & all the chairs/tent/etc that came along with this house. OH and can't forget the incredibly quaint fountain & courtyard!

Spacious rental with a great location 4/5 Stayed Jul 2017 Atlanta, GA We really enjoyed our weekend in this home! Its spacious and was so nice to have so many things provided that we would need (beach chairs, boogie boards, carts, bikes, kitchen necessities, etc). Its a super easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative thing is that the layout of the master suite with the bathroom/bunk room mixed in was a little wonky. Its not a huge drawback but would be more functional for guests if the owners would put a door separating the master bedroom from the hallway with the bathroom & bunk room. Overall, a great home!

Great family house 5/5 Stayed Sep 2017 This was the perfect house to stay at with our 4 boys. Very spacious and clean with plenty of places to sleep. Great location to the beach, owner has lots of beach toys (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas) plenty to do inside and outside!

Nice space for family of 10 4/5 Stayed Nov 2017 We stayed four nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very accommodating for our family of 10 with plenty of space for everyone. Enough TV's to watch all the college football games. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, one thing that would have been nice was to have a regular coffee pot, not only the single k cup type. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Perfect house, perfect spot! 5/5 Stayed Mar 2017 This is a great place to stay with a family or group! The bedrooms are spacious, and there is plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped or too far away from each other. Plenty of Room Nice Layout Great Location 5/5 Stayed Mar 2018 The title of the review pretty much says it all. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of room. The layout was great for hanging out playing foosball getting loud downstairs while not disturbing anyone who wanted to sleep upstairs. Very quick walk to the beach, restaurants and little shops. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway 5/5 Stayed Mar 2018 The only problem we had staying here was having to leave!!! Everyone loved this property. I loved the way we heard a "gasp" when our family walked into the house. It's cozy yet has a large open concept for entertaining inside and outside in the courtyard. We turned on the outdoor wall fountain and enjoyed the sound of the running water as we sat around the comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. There is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The house comes with plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with the carrier to wheel it all to the best spot on the beach. Linda was easy to communicate with and made this rental easy.

Enjoyed it so much! 5/5 Stayed Apr 2018 Great location, beautiful home and very comfortable. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay tremendously and would highly recommend it to others. The outside of the home needs a little TLC but the inside is gorgeous and is stocked with everything we needed! We hope to be back again.

Best house ever 5/5 Stayed Apr 2018 I vacation a lot and rent a lot of houses. This house is far from the best. I stayed here every year but once I found this house a couple years ago I stay NO WHERE else and never disappointed by it. The location is amazing.. Hope to have many more memories here

Great interior and exterior spaces- great location! 5/5 Stayed Jul 2018 We loved the house- foosball table inside and we brought cornhole for the courtyard. Spacious master bed and bath, lovely kitchen, well stocked. Great conversation/game spaces in beautiful family room.
