THE SPACE
Main House Layout:
From the front door, to the left is a dining room, which seats 6 guests comfortably. To the right is the family room with smart TV. On this level is a half bath by the stairs. Down the hall with a pool side view is an entertaining kitchen with gas stove, drink cooler and single serve Keurig. The laundry room is located off the kitchen.

Upstairs is the Primary bedroom with a King size bed, door opens to shared balcony with guest bedroom, bedroom adjoins Primary bathroom with Separate shower and tub.

Upstairs Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed, balcony overlooking the pool table and two chairs for relaxation, and bedroom has private bathroom.

Upstairs Guest bedroom with a Full size bed, adjoins private bathroom with combo tub/shower.
In between the Manor House and Guest house is the pool and lanai dining area.

Guest House Layout:
From the entry, you are in a living area with sofa and smart TV, small dining table and guest house kitchen with electric range, full size refrigerator, toaster oven and single serve Keurig Coffee maker.

Pool size is 16 X 30 kidney shape

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $100/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
