Introducing 520 Beach - our 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo with pool just a couple blocks from the beach!

THE SPACE
This is a 2-unit building, with each unit being 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Fully renovated head to toe in summer of 2020, you'll love this state of the art property. Brand new baths, kitchen, light colors, new bedding, and great pool. All just a short walk through a quaint neighborhood to the beach. We're 1000 feet from the Myrtle St beach access. The huge pool out back is ready for you to relax and enjoy!

The primary bedroom has a (brand new) queen bed.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. Twin XL is half of a king size width and full length - large enough for a single adult.

Great beach location, great pool, new everything, huge 65" TV and cold AC - a piece of paradise!

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
