THE SPACE
Bedroom Layout:
Bennett's Room - main floor, queen bed, smart TV, attached bath
Nick's Room - main floor, queen bed, smart TV. Access to 2nd main floor bathroom.
Upstairs Queen - master suite with ensuite bath, walk in closet, smart TV, and an attached office for that one Zoom call you can't miss
Upstairs King - additional master suite with king bed, ensuite bath, smart TV, walk-in closet.

The home showcases a private art collection.

Out back is a dipping pool for the kids with plenty of sun and shade.

The house offers a 2-car garage - you'll probably park upon arrival and never need the cars again - just a few steps to many of the island's top spots - dinner, the pier, ice cream parlors, shopping and of course the beach. You can't get any closer to St. Simons' favorite spots.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Legacy Collection Home: This home is part of the Lighthouse Legacy Collection, a celebrated group of St. Simons Island's original beach cottages. Built in the 1930s and 1940s, these homes have been thoughtfully restored to preserve their historic character while offering modern comforts and preserving the architectural charm that makes them unique. As with any historic home, guests may notice differences from a newly built property. Rooms may be smaller, floors and walls may show the character of age, and the layout may reflect a different era of coastal living. Rather than the perfection of a new home, these cottages offer an authentic St. Simons experience filled with warmth, personality, and timeless appeal. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
