If you've spent any time on St. Simons Island you've passed by Summer Camp - two doors down from Porch on Ocean Blvd right in the Pier Village. Newly renovated in summer of 2023, this 4-bedroom 4 bath in-town base camp has the perfect location and features to enjoy a great time on the island.

THE SPACE
Bedroom Layout:
Bennett's Room - main floor, queen bed, smart TV, attached bath
Nick's Room - main floor, queen bed, smart TV. Access to 2nd main floor bathroom.
Upstairs Queen - master suite with ensuite bath, walk in closet, smart TV, and an attached office for that one Zoom call you can't miss
Upstairs King - additional master suite with king bed, ensuite bath, smart TV, walk-in closet.

The home showcases a private art collection.

Out back is a dipping pool for the kids with plenty of sun and shade.

The house offers a 2-car garage - you'll probably park upon arrival and never need the cars again - just a few steps to many of the island's top spots - dinner, the pier, ice cream parlors, shopping and of course the beach. You can't get any closer to St. Simons' favorite spots.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Beautiful home in excellent location

The house has been renovated top to bottom and is beautiful with high end finishes and comfy beds. The location is outstanding--a short walk to everything. The 11th St. beach access is close by, but the water is up to the rocks at high tide so you would probably want to go to a different beach. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was nice. The home is very spacious.

Excellent house and excellent host!! We loved our stay and plan to return next year! The house is walking distance to everything, We parked our car in the garage and walked, or rode bikes or a golf cart to the beach, dinner, shopping, etc. Renting a golf cart and bikes was super fun for our family, and was the icing on the cake to an amazing spot to stay! We had 8– myself and my husband + 6 teens. It was super great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The dipping pool was a big plus, and so was the grill! The house was IMMACULATELY clean! I'm very impressed by their cleaning crew. Overall, 10 out of 10!!! Such a great place!

What a great place for a girls' trip or any kind of trip. The house was everything it promised… very convenient location, roomy, well-stocked, and clean. Ryan was a responsive host. Overall, an excellent experience.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Probably the cleanest house of all the ones I have stayed at. Made us feel at home and we were able to walk everywhere includong the beach. There were multiple beacj access points which was also a bonus. Plenty of room for both my and my friends family. The little pool was a bonus too. Would def. Stay here again.

Summer Camp is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Any easy walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and the pier. The home looks newly renovated. Lots of great spaces - front sun room, back deck. Beautiful, comfortable house and it's location cannot be matched. A 3 minute sidewalk stroll into Pier Village. The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the front porch and enjoyed it every day for drinks, music, and reading. Perfect in every way and ultra-clean top to bottom.
