THE SPACE
4 bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, new home with fenced yard, less than 1/2 mile to beach or village. Bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and access to hall bath from bedroom. There is a separate den with TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation retreat and has an eat area that seats 8. Relax on the covered porch with ceiling fan. There is also a gas barbeque grill for your use. Off the kitchen is a family room with large screen smart TV. Upstairs is the generous sized master with a king bed, french doors to covered porch and an adjoining master bath. Two additional guest rooms with queen size beds and share a hall bath with combo tub/shower. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We were in St. Simons for a family wedding held at the King and Prince Resort. This house was conveniently located and offered all we needed. Beautiful coastal design and decor. Plenty of room for our family to stay. Lots of great extras like beach chairs, towels, etc. Will stay there again when we return to St. Simons!

Four friends on a short great away vacation to St. Simons to bike and play bridge. This house was perfect for our visit. The location was great, we could walk to Pier Village and also start our bike rides from the house. The layout was very comfortable, we each had our own roomy bedroom and plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The dining table was a bit large for bridge, but we managed quite well. The kitchen is great - large, clean and very well-equipped. I would happily recommend this house for your visit in St. Simons Island.

Beautiful house! Gorgeous and convenient to everything. Downstairs has two living areas, a kitchen and a queen bedroom with a walk in shower. Perfect for my parents who have difficulty going up stairs. There is also a screened in porch with a table for dining outside. The master bedroom and bath is huge! Plenty of closet space. Loved this property and would definitely rent it again.

This house is amazing! Spacious, light and bright, and the location is amazing. We also rented a golf cart which was the cherry on top. The house has everything you need for meal preparation, a day at the beach or a frothy latte (courteous of a Kuerig). You won't be disappointed with this house!

This place is beautiful!I was beyond what we expected and close to the village and beach.... and in a charming neighborhood to walk and bike!! Our host was on top of it with quick communication. St. Simons is a most charming place with magnificent oaks!
Great property but listing map marker incorrect

The property was nice, quiet, and comfortable. I would suggest that you review before you book, listing is not near ocean boulevard as shown on map. We were looking for something that was a a block at most from beach. If we had known we would have rented the location 1/2 block away from beach. When we mentioned to the property manager that this is misleading to renters, we were dismissed. I believe the response could have been more toward customer service excellence. And marker still shows incorrectly. If I were the owner I would not have appreciated the response. The hot water does not get hot in the upstairs bathroom sinks. There are some basic property maintenance that could be attended to but is probably on a maintenance schedule. But otherwise the stay was nice and the property was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend to friends in the future.
Post Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved this house! It easily accommodated 6 adults. I chose it originally because all 4 bedrooms were set up for adults (no twin beds or 'kids rooms') and had ample parking. The kitchen was fully equipped and large enough for all of us to gather and prepare meals together. We used the gas grill for steaks one night and enjoyed hanging out in the screened porch. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find there. As someone else pointed out, the map pin drop is deceiving. The property is actually quite a distance from the pin. With that said, it is in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the pier and ocean. I definitely recommend this house.

We had an amazing time in this property and in St. Simons. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean! The rooms were great for our group and the kitchen had so many things, we didn???t need to go get anything! We will be definitely going back!

This house is so great for family getaways! Perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants, good coffee and donuts (Wake Up coffee and Dulce Dough Bakery) and so much other stuff. The house is very clean, laid out well and comfortable. The beds are awesome! One of the best features is the double shower head and jacuzzi tub in the master suite...the shower will change your life. The management company was so easy to work with. They even worked with me graciously when I accidentally broke one of the mini blinds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ryan's home is comfortable, clean, and in an awesome location, walking distance to the best ice cream shop on the island. A few things to know: - There are great beach supplies in the garage, including a large beach tent, a wagon, beach chairs, and 2 big inner tubes - 2 beautiful bikes are supplied but you need to bring your own helmets, if you're a helmet person - The house is in an awesome location for renting a golf cart and quickly riding to several beaches, the pier, and Avenue of the Oaks, which is a perfect form of entertaining if you're trying not to be around people during Covid - The kitchen is well equipped including a blender, toaster, keurig, aluminum foil, ziplocks, and some basic spices. They also have a ton of serving dishes for family meals, although you may want to bring your own pitcher if you're an iced tea/lemonade family. Our group of 5 adults and 1 child would absolutely stay there again. Great experience with a super responsive host!

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island and loved it. The home was beautiful and well maintained. We took full advantage of the beach gear and bikes there. We rented a six person golf cart, which I highly recommend. The location was super convenient to beach and pier/shopping. Wonderful trip and highly recommend the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 659 Cummings Lane. The house is bright, welcoming and extremely comfortable. This property is close to everything! We rented a golf cart and it was the perfect transportation for most places we wanted to go- I also enjoyed walking around the area. My teens are already asking me when we can go back. Successful beach trip!

From the moment we pulled in and I first laid eyes on this home I was blown away. The home is very well maintained and has a clean, new feel. I went with a group of five girls for a getaway and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. I loved that there was a small “den†type seating area with a TV as well as a much larger living/family room-also with a TV. The kitchen is huge! The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of drawer space for unpacking personal belongings. The sheets were soft and comfy (I spent hours reading in bed! It was wonderful!) The bathrooms are beautiful with stone countertops and lots of light colors. We enjoyed gathering around the big table on their screened in porch talking late into the night. From miniature soaps and shampoos and plenty of hooks for towels and bathing suits in the bathroom to throw blankets in the family room...it’s obvious these owners have put thought into the small details that make a house away from home feel like home. This was a wonderful stay for our group and we would love to return!
