Beach Club is an ocean front resort with a large pool hot tub, and its own private boardwalk to the beach, where you can dig your toes in the sand or take a simple stroll down the beach. The community offers a private tennis court and more.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to St Simons to get away from the coming ice storm that was about to hit our town. We were looking for a one bedroom at a reasonable price when we found Ryan's place. The condo was exactly as described. In addition, Ryan's communication was super impressive and proactive throughout the process. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

This condo unit was situated in a lovely complex right on the beach that includes a leisurely walk down a sandy path to get to the shoreline. Gate access and room access were easy, and the host did a great job providing instructions and information and was very responsive to my messages. I also appreciate that the host did not overwhelm me with unnecessary contact during my stay. I would recommend the condo for one or two persons. It will accommodate up to four people, but it's perfect for couples. The room is situated next to the elevator, stair well and trash chute. Although there was activity in those areas throughout the day, there was nothing intrusive about it, and most activity ended by 8 pm. I found that other guests were very respectful especially during designated quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am). The windows in the unit face toward another complex, but there was ample privacy, and this did not detract from the view or the enjoyment of the balcony. I would book again!

We had a lovely vacation! The beach was easily accessible with a short walk directly from the backside of the condominium. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. This was our first time to visit St. Simons Island, and we loved the area. I would absolutely stay again at Ryan's place again!

My triplet daughters and I had a wonderful visit at the condo. He left us a great set of beach chairs that we plan to get for our home now! Plus little touches like soaps and trash bags and all the appliances we could use! I absolutely recommend them for anyone with or without children! Plus the grounds and the access to the beach were breathtaking and easy to enjoy!!!
