THE SPACE
The perfect location with the beach across the street and walking distance to the beach. Amazing sunrises can be seen from the Roof Top Terrace over looking the Ocean. There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.

Guest Bedroom 2 - back bedroom with a queen bed, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV-Vizio 50"
Upstairs Guest Bedroom 3 - 2 single twin beds, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV - Insignia 50"
Upstairs Guest Bedroom 4 - 2 single twin beds, TV - Proscan 42"
Additional TV in Family Room Samsung 60"
Access the upper deck from interior steps for amazing views. Sorry, no grills are allowed.
Kitchen is nicely equipped with Stainless appliances, Keurig single serve and small drip coffee pot, 2 slice toaster, blender, and an 8 quart crockpot.
Full size washer and dryer is located in kitchen laundry closet for your use.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family was meeting in St. Simons for the July 4th holiday and found the perfect place! The house is decorated nicely with plenty of room and comfy beds. We stayed on the beach all day the entire week. Luckily, the walk to the beach access was only a few steps away which made it very convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The location was very convenient. Beach access was very close, which was great for our 3 little ones. And getting to the local restaurants was quite easy. The condo gave us plenty of space and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had such a wonderful time here! Lovely and spacious home and you can't get a better view of the ocean! It was so enchanting to spend clear nights stargazing while also being able to watch the sun rose from the rooftop patio. Extremely quiet at night; there are no loud or rude neighbors and no roadside traffic. You literally walk across the street to your own beach, so no driving necessary. You can hear the ocean from the home. Ryan's home is also walking distance from the downtown touristy part of town, so great for shopping and dining. We don't really have any complaints. Our bathroom shower and sink didn't drain very well, but I honestly think the host did not know about the issue beforehand. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to St. Simons.

This place is booked back to back to back. They may benefit from a little break to catch up on some things. However they are very responsive to needs. I was worried the roof top access would be some precarious ladder but in fact, it was a legit set of stairs with a full sized door. Very easy access and a true solid ocean view. Location fabulous though note that at this section of beach, there is no beach at high tide. However you just walk two blocks to beach access 5 (this house is across from beach access 2) and you have beach from low tide to high tide. Not a ton of parking so it keeps the beach nice for all those staying in the area. You can walk to dinner (but make reservations days in advance). The bedroom/bath set up upstairs is 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and a shared bathroom. More ideal for little kids though we made it work with teen/yg adult kids and had the one boy use the bathroom downstairs with his parents. Good energy when you walk in, the living space is nice. Felt confident in the kitchen and washer and dryer convenient.

Beautiful space! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the space was clean and stocked. There are games for the kids, plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies, and the rooftop is perfect to have a family meal and look at the view. Easy beach access (just walk across the street) and family friendly neighborhood. Beach area was not crowded, even on a June weekend. Very close to town, easy drive down the street to the plenty of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and definitely recommend this rental!

Great location!! One block from the beach and a fantastic view of the ocean from the rooftop patio. Our bed was very comfortable! The unit has five largescreen TVs. Extremely clean, absolutely every room in the condo. We had a great time eating at Georgia Sea Grill, Southern Soul BBQ and Tramici.

This place was perfect for our family to stay and each have our own rooms! It's just across the street from the beach which was awesome. There's a beach view from the rooftop deck and you get the sea breeze. We absolutely loved our stay! The boys said that they missed our 'hotel' as soon as we left.

Great location

This condo has a great location. Close enough to pier and shops and only steps to the beach. The roof top terrace is nice too. The kitchen is much smaller than the pictures showed and is not ideal for cooking or even holding the snacks of our party of 8. I was able to condense the pots and pans in the pantry closet so we could use a shelf for storing our snacks. We also ended up buying a coffee pot because the tiny pot would not accommodate us and the keurig is too wasteful for 4 adult coffee drinkers. The beds were comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay and the kids were in heaven with their own tv in each room.
