THE SPACE
This home is located just a short walk to the entrance of the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. Crab Haven has been our family's second home for many years and we are happy to share it with you.
Home Layout:
King Bedroom on main level with a baby crib, TV, adjoining bathroom with no step shower
Second Level:
Shared Hall bathroom with combo Tub/Shower
Guest Bedroom 1 - King bed and single sink
Guest Bedroom 2 - King bed
Guest Bedroom 3 - 2- single twin beds
Guest Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen beds and TV
Sleeps 12.
Parks 3 cars.
3rd bathroom: Outside in the back off the kitchen is a toilet and sink room. An outdoor shower with hot water and separate laundry room.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a single serve and a drip style coffee pot.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We loved this charming and spacious Crab Haven! Steps away from the beach and also a great yard/street for kids to play in yard. We cooked a big family breakfast and the kitchen was very well stocked. This home was perfect for our family. We want to come back and again and bring grandparents too! Plenty of room and decorated in a very charming Crab Haven theme with many antiques too!

This house was better than expected. Great parking, location (steps from beach and restaurants). We loved not having to get in our cars every time we wanted to go somewhere. It was great for the kids as there was plenty of room for them to play games. It is listed as a 2 bath but it actually has an additional closed off toilet and private shower outside under the roof line. The boys loved it. We plan to be back.

We had an amazing time at Crab Haven! It was the perfect place for our whole group! Walking distance to the beach and more than enough room to accommodate our group of 12. They also had everything we needed including all cooking supplies, ourdoor shower, beach carts, and starter supplies like body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The house was exactly as described, comfortable, attractive, conveniently located. It was also well stocked and furnished, I.e., pots and pans, kitchen appliances, condiments and spices. It was great for the two toddlers and two babies we had with us. The owners provided great information regarding area attractions and things to do.

Had 6 adults and 6 kids for Easter and it was perfect. Safe dead end street just a few minute walk to the beach! Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back to Crab Haven,!
