THE SPACE
Boasting an open concept floor plan, that is both spacious and airy, Delahunt Cottage offers a comfortable yet elegant living space that is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with family or friends. The large bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, with plush bedding and ample storage.

Step outside and you will find a screened porch that overlooks the sparkling pool below, providing a refreshing swim. Whether you prefer to lounge by the pool, take a stroll on our expansive beaches or bike to the Village, Delahunt Cottage is the ultimate place to relax and recharge.

The family living area includes a comfortable, casual living room, dining room, and chef's kitchen, all with an open concept layout. The living room features a flat screen TV and premium cable. There's a half bath off kitchen and laundry room areas.

The house is set up to host families of all ages, with 3 king suites and a bunk room, all with en-suite bathrooms:


* The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and en-suite bath. The master bath has dual vanities and both a shower and separate soaking tub.

* StarFish Suite is our second bedroom, featuring a king bed and en-suite bath. This bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

* The Grey Suite likewise offers a king bed and en-suite bath with a combination shower/tub.

* The Bunk Room is a bonus room on the top floor of the house, offering a full bed and two twins. This room also has a full bath, with shower.

Stepping outside, you'll find the perfect screen porch for spending a nice evening of conversation. There's also a full sun deck for sunbathing, both overlooking the private pool. The pool measures 12x24 - big enough to swim laps or for the whole family to enjoy.

Of course, the best part of Delahunt Cottage is our East Beach location - less than 2 blocks from the best beach on St Simons Island. If you're looking for a large comfortable home to vacation with family and friends, with a great pool and easy access to the beach, you've found it!

This is not a party house and occupancy maximums will be enforced, and events may not be hosted at this location.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
