THE SPACE

Outside, you can relax on the rocking chair front surrounded by the beauty of live oaks. If you prefer, you can chill out on the screened-in back porch overlooking the pool, or simply soak up the sun poolside. The beach entrances are within walking distance, or just a short drive to the Coast Guard Station beach entrance.

This fantastic home features 4-bedrooms in the main house, a guest suite pool side, and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Best of all - all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom layout is a queen on main level, master suite upstairs overlooking the pool with king, guest bedroom upstairs front left is a king, and guest bedroom upstairs front right is a queen. The guest suite above the garage is a queen bed. The kitchen is very spacious and open to the family, dining and den area for great family gatherings. TV's are in all bedrooms and family room.

There is parking for up to 3-cars in the driveway on the side of the house. No parking on the grass or in the street.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $100/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
