THE SPACE
Comfortable little hideaway located at the beach entrance near 5th/6th street. This sweet little cottage has everything you need for your beach therapy getaway. Home is set up for 2 guests. Bedroom has a queen bedroom, bathroom with shower, stackable washer and dryer, full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with a smart TV. NEW Sealy Mattress May 2023.
Limit 2 vehicles. No campers, trailers or boats allowed.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This was the perfect little getaway house for my husband and I! It was only a short walk to the beach, and was only about a 4 minute drive to the Village. The house was VERY clean, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this house to anyone!!

We will definitely recommend this place to everybody!! It was clean and looked just like what was pictured. We rented a golf cart and used it the entire time. Walking distance to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops!! This is a perfect place to get away and relax at.
