THE SPACE
St. Simons is known best for our casual laid-back lifestyle and the friendly people. Kick off your shoes, put on the flip flops and coast a while in our home away from home at Harbour Oaks, #214. Short term stays and longer terms available.

We offer you accommodations for up to 8-people. The layout is:

Primary - King Bed with 40" TV, En Suite Bathroom with single sink, shower and walk in closet
Guest bedroom at end of hall- King Bed with 40" TV
Guest bedroom in the front - 2 Twin Single with 40" TV
Pull out Queen Sofa bed in sunroom.
Open living room to kitchen, dining and sunroom. Living room has a 50" TV.
Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig Single Serve coffee maker, toaster, Toaster oven, Pots and Pans. Sorry, no grill. The HOA will not allow it.

A washer and dryer have been provided for your use along with an iron and ironing board.

This is an upstairs all one level condo. There is one assigned parking space which is numbered. Overflow parking is easily found in this community.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We absolutely enjoyed Ryan's Lighthouse condo in Harbor Oaks. The location was fantastic and the condo was a perfect size for our family. For the past few years, we have stayed at Harbor Oaks to spend time with family living in the Golden Isles area. We have so much fun gathering for late December BDs, football games on TV… and of course New Year’s Eve. Accommodations are clean, comfy and convenient to the pier and restaurants. We usually walk everywhere from the condo!

The location is perfect for a family vacation! It is close to the beach, town, and there is a park within walking distance as well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy. The furnishings throughout are beautiful. Such a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed our entire stay. Check-in was easy, we had everything we needed, and the place was perfectly clean. It was within walking distance to the lighthouse and village and we walked there multiple times. The home is very toddler friendly too, if you have kids. We felt completely relaxed the entire time and honestly would have been happy just relaxing here for our entire stay without even leaving. The decor is wonderful, and the space is well designed. Definitely a full 5-star rating from us.

Beautiful place! My friends and I absolutely loved our stay there! Love the little balcony that overlooks the pond. Right at the front of the complex and less than a 15 min walk from a bunch of amazing restaurants. Absolutely loved everything. Not a single complaint. Check in and check out was simple and straight forward and Ryan did a great job of communicating everything. Cannot recommend this place enough 🙂

What can I say? Amazing, Spectacular rooms and So comfortable and Homey? Superbly Nice Property? Great Location for the Beach and Restaurants? One of the most thoughtful and accommodating Owner groups I have ever dealt with? One of the best stays of my life over a long career of traveling? And I mean a lot of traveling... Beautiful and Scenic Surroundings? I could say all of those things and so much more and just did. We have stayed many places in the area and this experience blew them all away. This was a special trip so we splurged a little but we got more than we expected. Price is a very good bargain for this property. It is just a few blocks to the bustling area at the pier with many great restaurants and shopping choices. Quiet and beautiful property and I could go on all day. I would and have been recommending this property or any they own to everyone I know who vacations in the area as we simply had the best vacation trip of our lives and this stay helped make it even more special than it already was.
