THE SPACE
The large kitchen offers guests new stainless steel appliances and open views of the living room through the bar seating area. The luxurious coastal style living and dining space offers seating for four at the dining table and plenty of living room seating. The large 50" HD Smart TV is the perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy the game or a movie. The sofa is also a queen size sleeper. The living space flows towards ocean views, the beach, villa pool and the patio space through wide sliding glass door. Enjoy morning sunrises or evening cocktails on the wide patio .

Guests of Villa 378 will enjoy premium luxury bedding in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with ocean views, direct oceanfront patio access, a private vanity bathroom with a freestanding shower. The large HD Smart TV is well sited in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom offers guests a queen bed and its own bathroom (tub/shower) located in the guest hallway.

Whether you’re savoring coastal cuisine at an Oceanfront Restaurant or enjoying casual bites at The Cottage Custard + Coffee and Sea Shack Bar + Bites, you’ll experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. With access to the pool seen from your patio (which is “P” shaped) and unmatched views, your stay promises both comfort and excitement. The pool in the resort and tennis courts are for Resort guests only.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Excellent condo! Perfect location to the beach and some great restaurants. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all necessities we needed for the long weekend. We also enjoyed the hotel lobby bar for the kickoff weekend of college football. King & Princes restaurant Echo had a great dinner and breakfast too! Definitely recommend this condo!
