Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and very clean. The wagon and beach chairs made our trips to the beach so much easier. The kitchen was well equipped and even had kids utensils and plates which was great for our 5 year old! Location was great, super close to the pier shops and restaurants and the beach! We come to the area often and would stay here again and again!

We loved our week here. It was spotless!! The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed - which made it my favorite place. We all didn’t want to leave when our time was up! We also left something really important behind. The staff turned it in and I was easily able to get in touch, verify they had it, and someone graciously shipped it to us. We were so thankful for their honesty and kindness! We have family on the island and will most likely be here again!

We truly enjoyed staying here, loved the open floor plan, the cleanliness, comfortable beds and nice linens. The patio was nice to relax on. We love older homes and this one had been updated beautifully and kept the character. My favorite feature was the vintage Dutch door, it was beautiful. We highly recommend this home!
