Peachtree cottage is located near the roundabout near Southern Soul and close to Redfern Village. If you are looking for a longer stay on St. Simons Island this home will be a great option as we will honor FLETC rates.

Enter the kitchen to the right from the front door with a gas cooktop, toaster oven, drip and single serve coffee maker, dishwasher, french door refrigerator, pantry and closet for washer and dryer is accessed here.

Off the kitchen towards the front of the home is a sleeping room with a queen size murphy bed and study nook.

Down the hall are two guest bedrooms with queen beds, smart TVs and a shared hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Primary bedroom has a queen bed with smart TV, adjoining bathroom with shower/tub combo.
There is a large walk in closet for your use. And the owner has provided 2 crates for your fur babies.
Private back yard is accessed through the Primary bedroom. The yard is not fenced.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
