THE SPACE
Step into relaxation as you discover our brand-new splash pool, perfect for cooling off after a sun-soaked day at the beach or an option to heat during the cooler months. Enjoy the gentle breezes from the comfort of our inviting screened-in porch, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Point Five comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. With ample parking for up to 4 cars, you can easily explore the stunning surroundings at your leisure.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We've stayed at many Airbnb homes on the east cost and this one stood out. Very clean, towels and linens are high quality. Space is well designed and they maximised every inch of it. Kids enjoyed the pool. Location is unbeatable, 5 minutes to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

My husband, our dog, and I had a wonderful stay here. The house looks exactly like the photos, and the pool was a great bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms are nicely spaced for larger groups. The location is perfect, with the beach and pier just a short walk or drive away. Our family comes to Saint Simons multiple times a year, and this was, by far, our favorite visit. The house had every amenity we could think of, it was very comfortable, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, the laundry room in provided detergent was hopeful. The pool was a perfect place to relax on a hot day. It will become a regular place for us to stay when we are in town. Thank you for being a great host!

This place was perfect for us and our dog. It was just as described and the communication was great. There was a power outage in the neighborhood the first night and it caused a problem with the Heat unit. They came and fixed at midnight to make sure we were warm. Close to all restaraunts and beach. Great stay
