Designed by renowned local architect Ed Cheshire, Sea Grace’s hospitality includes a large living area with ample seating, a year-round, fully enclosed, sunroom with large picture windows and built-ins filled with puzzles and games.

Sea Grace offers two fully outfitted kitchens, including a Chef’s Kitchen, an eat-in buffet counter, a butler’s pantry, including new state-of-the art stack washer and dryer for laundry. This double kitchen includes a Fisher-Paykel gas range and hood, double ovens, three dishwashers (2 stack Fisher-Paykel and 1 Bosch), and two refrigerators (Fisher-Paykel and Samsung).
Admire the magnificent Crepe Myrtle tree, one of the largest on St. Simons Island, through the kitchen’s French doors opening out to the patio front terrace.

The Sea Grace Queen Magnolia features a queen bed with custom magnolia art pieces gracing the walls, designer built-ins with mirror and desk, an HD Smart TV, and views of the private walled garden. This room accesses the jack-n-jill bathroom with tub and shower.

Private Pool Surrounded by Garden Oasis Sea Grace’s wall-enclosed private pool with fun blue cabana is surrounded by a garden oasis of citrus, palm, and Hawthorne trees; oleander and rose bushes; a magnolia tree and climbing jasmine. The cabana is perfect for morning yoga for early risers.
Pool heat is optional at $75 per day (plus tax). It is turned on and charged for the duration of your stay. Please allow no less than 48-hours’ notice if you choose this option.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

Our hosts were wonderful! We were provided with just the right amount of communication, attentiveness, and responsiveness in all of our interactions with our host(s). The property/house was beautiful, peaceful, just as pictured, and within walking distance to the beach. The amenities and touches to detail were really appreciated. I’ve been to several beach rentals and many things get overlooked, but here it was truly a pleasure to fly in with children and be confident that it would be well-beyond the bare minimum of expectations. I could just be with my family knowing we would have things like soap, beach towels, toilet paper, and pool toys when we walked in the door. It was amazing to have a kitchen full of cookware and spices. The details like the scented oils around the house and complimentary starter shampoo and conditioner sets in each bathroom really elevated the feel of luxury. I have nothing, but wonderful things to say. My family and I hope to return next summer!

This home is extremely spacious and well appointed. They provide almost everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay including beach towels and beach chairs! The location is perfect and is a short distance to the 5th street beach access. We love how the home has two dens which makes it very comfortable with a larger group! We look forward to staying there again!

This house has everything you need. The pool is so nice too! We would definitely stay here again if we return to St Simons. The location is ideal because you can walk to the beach and ride your bikes to Pier Market Village too!

Great house, good layout where the kitchen, living room, and TV room are out from the hallway where the bedrooms are - so those that want to stay up late while others sleep can do so without disturbing others. The kitchen also has a butler kitchen next to it which makes it very convenient to cook vs. congregate. The location of the home is nice with beach access right at the end of the street. It is about a 1/4 mile walk/hike to get to the actual beach or if you rent a golf cart it is a simple short ride to the beach. Getting to the pier/down town area is also doable on a golf cart from this home if you do not want to drive a car. It is close enough to activities to be convenient, but far enough away that you do not have people everywhere. Overall we were very happy with the home and the amenities. Would stay here again.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Sea Grace. The home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Nice layout of living/sleeping areas and we appreciated the desk space in the media room for those in our family who were working/taking classes remotely. Backyard area with gorgeous pool, cabana, and lush landscaping was fantastic and we enjoyed the pretty walk to the beach. We've rented many vacation homes over the years all along the East Coast and in the Caribbean, and Sea Grace was by far the most thoughtfully equipped in terms of vacation home amenities: generously stocked kitchen, high quality linens (bedding, towels, table linens), nice Sonos speaker system, games and puzzles, hotel-style toiletries. Felt like the perfect combination of a vacation home and high-end resort!
