Sunny Dayz located at the corner of sunshine and happiness with 4 bedrooms, 3/5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, heated outdoor shower and 1 block to the Beach!

THE SPACE
This home is just a quick walk to the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. We are conveniently located close to the Village area and walking distance to some of St. Simons most popular attractions and restaurants.

The home was originally designed as a duplex, so you get 2 of everything!

Left Side: Upstairs is a King size bedroom (TV) and a hall bathroom with a combo tub/shower.
Additional bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed (TV) with queen size on bottom and single on top. Hall Bath is shared.

Downstairs is a half bath at entry, fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill, outdoor shower and hot tub as an added bonus. Hot tub is new in 2021.

Right Side: Upstairs is a Queen size bedroom (TV) and a hall bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Additional bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with queen size on bottom and single on top. This bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower.

Downstairs is a half bath at entry, fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill, outdoor shower.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend with our girls cross country teams. This couldn't have been a more perfect place. We put the high school girls on one side of the duplex and the middle school girls and chaperone on the other side. This middle school girls can be loud and silly, so having a private side for the high school girls to "escape" worked really well. We would definitely recommend it to anyone with a larger group, especially if you need to be able to separate them at times.

We stayed at Sunny Dayz with friends/another family. The duplex setup was great for each family to have their own space but also a door to open & connect the living spaces and gate to connect the outdoor spaces. The walk to the beach was easy & convenient. The house was well stocked with supplies. St. Simons is a charming little beach town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return!

We have been to St. Simon's Island a few times at Christmas over the years and love it each time. This was the first place we stayed that we said, we should come in the summer. The house is very convenient to walk to the beach and loved that so many restaurants were easy walking distance too. They allowed our dog and we had a hot tub to warm up on the chilly nights.

Perfect getaway spot for 2 couples.

The property was perfect for the 4 of us and our pup. We had our separate spaces, but could cook, eat, play games together via a connecting door. Also, between the 2 kitchens, we were fully stocked with everything we needed. Also, the wifi was fine, as two of us were working normal hours remotely. The location is on a quiet street and just a short walk to the beach. We could even walk down the beach to downtown (during low tide!). When we got there, the hot tub was in need of attention, but we brought it up with the owners, and they had someone come out the next day. That was much appreciated as it was one of the main reasons we picked this place. Very nice experience overall. Worth In fact, we may make this an annual destination.
