Sunny Dayz is a duplex townhome located a few steps to the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. We are conveniently located close to the Village area and walking distance to some of St. Simons most popular attractions and restaurants. Unit B, has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. Our adorable townhome has been freshly painted and added new furnishings.
THE SPACE

Bedroom 1 – Upstairs, Queen (TV)
Bathroom 1 – Shared hall bathroom with a combo tub/shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed with queen size on bottom (sleeps 3)
Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to bunk and queen room.
Bathroom 3 – Main living level, half bath at entry
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill and outdoor shower.
Parking for 2 cars.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This townhouse/condo was so beautifully decorated and classy. I liked the little details like extra trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent and fancy soaps and shampoo. We enjoyed our time on the “turf”. We loved how close we were to the beach! We loved the throws provided to cover up as the downstairs is much cooler than upstairs.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved staying at this home! It was beautiful and perfectly designed for a great time with our kids. We loved the short easy walk to an uncrowded beach! The backyard was a perfect place for the kids to clean off and play after the beach! As we were leaving, our 4 year old asked if we could come back to this house, and we look forward to returning!

Loved our stay at Ryan - Lighthouse! Perfect location - quick, safe walk to the beach! Short walk to a number of fun shops and great restaurants. Quick drive to the downtown pier area too. Clean and comfortable, with a number of nice touches inside and out. Easy check-in and check-out too! Great spot, felt like home...

Location! Location! Location! This place is so close to the beach and the walk is easy! We enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo/townhome. Little things made this visit easy and comfortable from the extra garbage bags, detergent, soaps/shampoo, to the cozy throws provide for watching tv. The backyard is so unique with the Astro turf and a great spot for playing (bring your own cornhole game!). It was extremely clean and communication was excellent. We would love to stay again!

We so enjoyed the back yard space, oh the jasmine! We even started growing our own at home! The distance from absolutely everything was perfect. We walked more that week than we have in a while but it was so enjoyable! Hope to get back soon.

We had a great stay at this duplex on SSI. The house is comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The location is convenient to the beachyoure just a block away. Wed love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location near the Myrtle Beach access and a short bike / golf cart ride to the main village in St.Simons (~1 mile). The home was very clean and had great amenities. We brought our small dog with us which was great! It was a perfect place for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys over New Years break. We would definitely rent here again!
