Tranquility is a ranch-style home that has been renovated inside and out with all the modern amenities you could ask for in your vacation destination. This 1950’s charmer is located in the East Beach, where you can find many easy beach accesses and vast sandy beaches, whether high or low tides. Situated on the western side of East Beach. From here, you can stroll a few steps to Ocean Boulevard and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Salt Marshes of the Glynn. This is truly a peaceful and splendid painting of nature, both locals and visitors appreciate.

THE SPACE
At the entry porch, this is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and speak with your friendly locals passing by.

Once inside the home you are welcomed into the living room with comfortable seating to lounge back and watch your favorite shows on the large screen Smart HDTV. The living room is open to a dining area with windows galore to view the landscaped yard and fenced in play area.

Just behind the living room is the kitchen that is equipped with a gas range, stainless appliances and everything you need for dining and cooking at home.

In addition to the living room seating are two cushy club chairs and a bar table for four. There is literally a place for everyone to relax in their style.

From many vantage points of the home you can see the vast deck, newly installed pool (Fall 2024) and a lawn of lush greenery. Imagine sipping on a refreshing drink while listening to the sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the breeze. Overall, it's a perfect setting for relaxation, socializing, and connecting with nature.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
