Situated a short walk from the village, our home offers convenient access to St. Simons Island’s best shopping and dining experiences. Stroll down Mallory Street to shop and dine, or bring a fishing pole and cast your luck at the Pier. The adventurous can scale the 104', 129 steps of the St. Simons Island Lighthouse, enjoy the two pools at Neptune Park, mini-golf, playground, and picnic areas… all without ever needing to get into a car.
Downstairs Walkthrough
Through the custom wood and leaded glass entranceway you'll enter a small foyer with a writing desk, closet and life-size statue. Up three steps you will be in the formal dining room and open floorplan family/TV room and fireplace/conversation area. To the side is a powder room. From this main living space you'll enjoy a wall of glass opening to the covered liana and amazing views of the water and Jekyll Island. The modern TV (80") and lightning- fast internet (100mbps) will serve all your streaming and tech needs.
Located off the family/dining rooms is a gourmet kitchen with gas range oven, French Door refrigerator, double-stack dishwasher and separate ice maker and dry bar. Towards the back of the kitchen is a full-size laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped for the dining-in, foodie type. Small appliances include a Flex Brew 12-cup drip and K-Cup coffee setup, waffle maker, juicer, toaster, blender and most anything else you reasonably need on vacation.
Upstairs Walkthrough
Take the stairs, or the elevator to the Master Suite which has a King size bed, 42" TV, a sitting area that opens to the veranda level of the lanai and more amazing Ocean Views, obstructed only by the canopy of the majestic live oak trees. The Master en-suite bath has double vanity vessel sinks, a large walk in shower with body sprayers and a large walk-in closet. Two guest suites include a King a Twin room with two-singles, and both with their own en-suite bathroom with vanity, commode and a tub/shower combinations. Each room has been tastefully decorated in keeping with the overall old-world Italian charm context of the home and includes blackout curtains for the late-sleeper and TV's.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

We stayed here in 2020 and we thought it was beautiful then but it was even better this time around. The view from the back Italian looking veranda is just phenomenal!!! My parents went with us and they loved being able to watch the pilot boat go out and bring the cargo ships into port. So much fun!! We toured the lighthouse and the world war 2 museum. A definite must for any history buffs. The house is beautiful and nice and open. Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay. We also loved that we could walk to the many shops and restaurants in the village. Also when low tide happens we were able to walk the beach. Thank you for helping us to have a relaxing and beautiful vacation.

You can’t beat this home for location, amenities, view, and uniqueness. We walked into the village for nearly every meal (be sure to eat breakfast at Palmer’s), had our morning coffee overlooking the sound, and spent the afternoon hours relaxing on the porch. I can’t say enough good things about the property mamagement company. They were attentive and made sure we were happy from the first hour on. We will be back.

If you think this place looks great online, you have to see it in person. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check in couldn't have been any easier. From the kitchen to the bathrooms everything was adequately stocked and I don't think we could find anything to complain about even if we had tried. Thank You So Much Bill. We loved this property! Right on the water and when the tide was out there was plenty of beach walking and exploring to be had. Very tranquil back yard/patio area; I'd get lost in a book I was reading only to be surprised by an enormous cargo ship silently passing by. There was plenty of seating and the beds/baths were very comfortable. A great feature of this home is the proximity to the shops/restaurants, park, pier, lighthouse and other attractions nearby, all walking distance. The kids had a blast and it was a vacation they will remember!

From time to time even your highest expectations are exceeded. I was looking for a truly memorable vacation destination and from the time I arrived until the time I left I could not have been happier with my stay. The property itself is truly amazing. From the decor to the amenities this is the nicest property I have every stayed at. Ocean front views that include the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in in one spot. A huge outdoor patio on both floors allows you to relax the day away on relaxing lounge chairs in front of a beautiful fountain. You feel tucked away in paradise but a one minute walk and you find yourself in a charming downtown full of all the shops, restaurants, and even fishing stores you will ever need. Wonderful golf courses are a short drive throughout the island and for an adventure you can take the bridge to Jekyll Island. The owners were wonderful regarding their guidance, the property management company was always available and I left wanting to schedule my next visit! This property deserved 6 stars and I am grateful for having the opportunity to spend some time in this perfect location.

The home is beautiful, like being in Italy without the plane fare and jet lag. There were six of us ranging in age from 29 to 95. We all loved it! So happy for the elevator which allowed easy access to the second floor bedrooms. The outside patio provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful water views. The house itself was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Location was perfect - no car needed to explore the town and enjoy the restaurants.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. It is located right on the ocean and each day you can see one or more cargo ships pass by the house. The view is stunning, especially from the master bedroom. We stayed in this house because it has an elevator from the first to second floor. It came in quite handy for my 83 and 85-year-old parents. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was quite clean and very well decorated. The owners seem to take great pride in their property. We would definitely stay there again. The house is only a short walk from downtown King's Way Village with its fine stores and restaurants. This property is well worth the cost.

If you are looking for waterfront property to have a fabulous vacation, this beautiful and amazing home exceeds all expectations! The house itself would be beautiful and luxurious in any location, but add the oceanfront setting with a beautiful veranda and comfortable seating and you are in paradise! We highly recommend this property. The interior design and appointments were truly first class! The owners and property manager were a delight to work with and we cannot wait to book this place again!

Truly beautiful Old world and high tech, with a garage and an elevator! But the elevator lets out in the master bedroom. Our guests were uncomfortable with coming through our bedroom, even though we had sort of a standing blind semi covering the bed area. Also patio cushions were not covered nor put under covered area. We arrived during rain and took a few days for us to get those dried out. We took the time to leave them stacked under the shelter area on a chaise and covered with a tarp before we left. Could not find a switch nor directions to turn on fountain. Had to reach over and plug it in down behind a wall in the bushes. Had to call maintenance to adjust air so we could sleep in cool at night, apparently owners can control remotely.we would never go there when its hot if we can't have the air the way we want it, 24/7! Hopefully they will address these and some of the other issues.

That patio and view are just amazing. There is beach until high tide. The beds were so comfortable. We were 5 family members and everyone loved the house. The kitchen is well stocked- we just didn???t locate the spices until the last day- there is a cubby hole next to the oven that pulls out. We hope to be back. Next time we won???t rent the golf cart- we were so close to everything that it wasn???t needed. One note on st simons right now: no one seems to know about covid. Kind of scary and shocking. The workers wore masks but no tourists.

House was awesome...great location. Very relaxing ...enjoyed the beach walks at low tide. Home was convenient to down town shops and dining. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda each day, also was nice seeing big cargo ships pass by and a few dolphins. This was also a very professional rental company aswell. We will most likely rent this home again. Would highly recommend this rental.

FAMILY VISIT ON SSI

My husband is from SSI and my mother in law still lives there, in an assisted living facility. Three or four times a year,we visit the island look for a luxury place to stay to give her a stay-cation. This house was perfect. The house is beautiful, the location and the views from the back porch is just awesome. We spent hours on the porch watching them work on the Golden Ray. The house had all the amenities needed for perfect stay. We had user troubles with the elevator, and Wendy and Bill responded within 15 minutes. Great stay and I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners are wonderful to work with - so kind and helpful with everything. The home is right on the beach - beach at low tide and beautiful water and views at high tide. The big freight boats came by often and were pretty cool to see. We took many walks on the beach and picked up all kinds of shells and sand dollars. We also took many walks to the village to shop and eat and grab coffee as well as to walk out on the pier to see if anyone was catching fish. The village, pier and light house are only a few blocks away. There is also a park right there with playgrounds and events such as music in the park. As for the house, it had just about everything you could possibly need during your stayfrom coffee makers, crock pot, toaster, blender, fryer, and many many more, as well as any cooking utensil you could want. Nice size bedrooms and very nice bathroomsMaster is huge with a comfy bed, a nice sitting area, and a large balcony. We sat many mornings, days and evenings on the lanai downstairs. Elevator if you need it. Great neighbors St Simons people are wonderful! Some spots to hit- Southern Soul, Gnats, Palmers, Coastal Kitchen, St Simons Sweets, GA Sea Grill, Wake Up Coffee. I loved shopping at Two Friends. We had a wonderful stay and LOVE St Simons.

BEAUTIFUL home with AMAZING views! Luxury living while feeling like you are at home. Master bedroom is double the size and has its own private deck with captivating views! The best place to wake up on vacation! Off from the living room is a great outdoor patio and living space. My favorite place to enjoy our meals! The grounds are beautifully kept with a fishing dock and stairs to the beach! This home is located in a quaint cul-de-sec. A five minute walk to the famous Village with restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, historical sites and the pier. The owners are prompt and willing to help with any needs. I have stayed at this home multiple times and fall in love every time! Such a treat to stay!

We have enjoyed this home for the past three weeks. The pictures on line do not even do it justice!! The best way I can describe the home is that it is not a "vacation rental," as most of us know them. It is a chance to stay right by the ocean in someone's luxury oceanfront home. Every detail has been taken care of and if a problem comes up, the owner responds immediately. I would write more, but I want to enjoy the last few hours of "ocean" before we have to leave tomorrow morning, This property is highly recommended by us!!

Wonderful stay on the beach and within walking distance of the pier and village. Had an absolutely enjoyable week on St. Simons Island. The home and location is the best and has all of the amenities one could want for comfort, relaxation and fantastic views of the ocean (low and high tides) and the big ships making their way through the harbor. Great place for children with lots of activities and playground parks. The owners are very cordial and committed to making your stay "a home away from home" for a memorable vacation. Prices are very reasonable and comparable for luxury living. A private neighborhood with a friendly atmosphere. We look forward to another visit.

Two friends of mine and I just recently stayed at this property and had an awesome visit. Bill and Beth were very cordial and professional in every detail of our stay. The accommodations were outstanding and very comfortable. The pictures are very real and representative of the property. The views are spectacular! I consider this an upscale property and if your looking for nice appointments and comfort, you can't go wrong staying there! We stayed there the weekend Hurricane Florence was bearing down on the east coast and Bill was very understanding of our concern and willing to work out arrangements. Luckily we didn't have any issues with the Hurricane but it was nice Bill was sympathetic to our concerns. Easily a 5 star rating. Thanks Bill and Beth!

This house is located in the perfect location for beautiful ocean views and walks into the village for shopping and dining. The outdoor patio is delightful. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was a good size for the 6 of us. The only negative is that the house is a bit dark with lots of heavy furniture and low light levels. We had a problem with the thermostat and oven while there, but our call for help was answered very quickly. The folks on call were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a great time on SSI!

The smoothest VRBO experience I've had so far. The house was clean and interestingly decorated and was entertaining in it own right. The patio was the star of the show: comfortable, great view of the water, and two big shade trees. Management was super easy to deal with. Would definately do it again.
