THE SPACE
Just past the pool is the front door entry into the TV room.

To the right of the front door is a coffee bar/wet bar with a small refrigerator.

Off the TV room is a guest bedroom with full size bed, TV, adjoining bathroom with shower.

Up three steps is a shared hall bathroom with a combo/tub shower.

To the right is a bunk bedroom, sleeps 2, TV and there is a weight limit of 200 lbs. on the top bunk.

To the left is a guest room with a queen bedroom and TV.

Up approximately 15 stairs the second level hosts the master bedroom to the left with a king bed, TV, bathroom with shower and large lighted mirror.

To the right is an open kitchen, dining room for 8, a half bath, sitting room and access to the covered veranda. Outdoor steps from this point can take you back to the poolside area or the outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
