THE SPACE
Indoors and out, this home exudes coastal charm. Warm wood tones for floors and furnishings blend beautifully with the upscale finishes, colorful décor and gorgeous beamed ceilings.

You are welcomed to the house through a large front porch that boasts a large dining table to enjoy views of the fields that lead to the East Beach. Upon entering the house, the open kitchen, living room and dining room invite family gatherings and beachside memories. The crisp and modern kitchen is well stocked and has professional appliances. Living and dining sliders open to an incredible covered porch with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The back porches have comfortable furniture to enjoy the ocean breezes and stars. The main level king suite is private and has a luxurious bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a powder room on the main floor.

Up a wide staircase, there are 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a coffee and wine bar. The upper level king suite boasts ocean views and a private porch to watch moonrise over the ocean. There is also a luxurious bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The private queen suite has en-suite bath with tub shower combo. The blue twin room with en-suite has a large shower. The day bed with trundle with en-suite bath with tub shower combo offers a place to work from home as well.

Downstairs off the pool there is a large game room, bathroom with shower, and family den with wetter and beer and wine fridge. Leading outside the large sliders there, you will find a charming covered porch awaiting you next to the large *heated pool with sun shelf with optional place for umbrella in the pool. There is also ample seating around the pool.

Steps from your front door enjoy the beach, and everything is near to biking, golfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, dining, and shopping! All of this, and the seaside are only a few steps down a sandy beach path! This home will fulfill your island dreams.

The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
