THE SPACE
Main level, enter into family room with Smart TV, which has a wet bar and opens to the dining room, which seats 6. Dining room is open to large kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances. Off the kitchen dining area is a screened in back porch with additional dining for 6. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen.

Upstairs:
Guest bedroom, queen with adjoining combo tub/shower bathroom.
Guest bedroom, queen with hall combo tub/shower bathroom.
Hall, laundry room.
Primary bedroom with a king, adjoining bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Off the master is a screened porch.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We really didn’t require anything during our stay;the home had everything we needed in the most welcoming way. It was very clean, beautifully maintained, and the location was ideal, with dining and local favorites close by for an easy getaway. The bikes were a wonderful touch and made exploring the island even more fun. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already dreaming of our next visit. Second time we stayed there -- very clean and well run. Plenty of space and lots of porches. Easy access to grocery store, beach, and near island entry. Utensils, cook ware, and starter supplies (like coffee) more than adequate. 3 bikes were very nice. Super comfortable.

We had a lovely visit! The home was absolutely perfectly suited for our long weekend at my nephew’s wedding. Close to everything and so clean and tidy. We did some great walking and would definitely stay again! The porches make for a perfect way to start and end the day. Plenty of space and privacy and a quiet, safe neighborhood.

This is a GREAT space and even larger than pictured. We were in town for a local wedding and had plenty of room to relax and plenty of quiet and privacy. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to things to do. We did some good walking and loved the area. The kitchen had everything we'd need to cook a great meal and the finishes were of great quality. The house was spotlessly clean, beds were super comfortable and the porches were a great bonus. Hosts were responsive and welcoming! Highly recommend this home!

The house is beautiful and in a little neighborhood by the airport. The location is great as it’s only a few minutes drive into the little downtown area by the pier, the grocery stores, and the multiple beach locations. The house was perfect for our family of 4. There is enough space for everyone to hang out together or to break off and enjoy the screened in porches. If we head back to SSI we would definitely stay here again.
