Welcome to Breezy Bliss, a bright and airy vacation retreat that lives up to its name. Located just moments from the Coast Guard Beach entrance and within easy walking distance to some of the island's best restaurants, this charming home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

With comfortable accommodations for up to 9 guests, Breezy Bliss is ideal for family gatherings, friend getaways, or any group looking to experience the best of St. Simons Island.

Bathroom 1 – Located ground level, shares with Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, combination tub/shower

Bedroom 2 – King, TV (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 2 – Upstairs, living level, Half Bathroom

Bedroom 3 – Third floor, Queen size bedding (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 3 – Ensuite to Bedroom 3

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
