* Bedroom 3: Queen bed, shared bath
* Additional full bath
ONSITE GUEST HOUSE:
* Primary bedroom: king bed, smart TV and ensuite bath with combo tub shower.
* Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, shared bath
* Bedroom 3: 3-Single Beds and ensuite bath with combo tub shower.
* Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath and doorway - access to the shared bath is through Bedroom 3.
* Washer and dryer is located on porch outside the kitchen.
Main house also has:
* Covered front porch with seating and dining options
* Family room with 56" smart TV
* Dining room with seating for 6
* Well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, Keurig-combo coffee maker
* Separate sitting/TV room overlooking the pool
Guest house also has:
* Its own family, dining, and kitchen area
* Second porch with additional washer, dryer, and outdoor refrigerator
Outdoors features poolside dining, gas grill, lounge seating, and stairs up to and rooftop deck.
Center Courtyard includes:
16 X 32 gunite pool
Parking:
1 space in the front of the home
1 large car can park on the side
3-4 cars in the back alley by the Guest House. No street parking please
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly with $200 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We had 14 with us for a family celebration and this house was the perfect spot! The pool was a huge hit, the beach was a short beautiful walk away, and we biked everywhere. I highly recommend!!!

Great vacation rental with defined spaces between the main house and guest house that makes multi-family/multi-generation groups very comfortable. Well outfitted and would definitely rent again! You can't beat the location for non-beachfront rental.

The Palm Cottage was pure bliss! Ohh the places we have stayed- The King and Prince and over the last 5 years of renting vacation homes, we have found The One. This house is amazingly perfect for my almost adult children, their friends and the Hubby & I. The house is beautiful, the layout and design is perfection, the pool and the roof top deck..glorious. Three moms have stayed in touch since we were teens. Now we have kids that have grown up as close as cousins. This set up was perfect for our group. Lots of room for the combined group, and space for the adults and kids to head to their own corners. The pool in the center became the focal point, but we did spend a lot of time at the beach since it was such a short walk.
Perfect Family Beach Retreat

This is an elegant two-property, single story compound surrounding a common pool. It is the perfect rental for a large family or two families, because each has several bedrooms and its own kitchen and dining area. It is only footsteps to the beach and is a 15 minute drive to shopping, and dining and golf. Communication with management was a breeze. We all had a fantastic time and would come again in a heartbeat.

It was a wonderful accommodation for our reunion of 12 senior age cousins. A very nice home, clean, and well equipped and great location. Be sure to note that one bedroom in guest house has to be passed through to get to the shared bath, which is a bit awkward, but doable. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Amazing house and location for our large group of 15 people. Comfortable, nicely decorated home with lots of space for outside gathering—great front porch, pretty pool deck, and super cool rooftop deck with gas fire pit. Comfy beds and comfy couches. We prepared several dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. Great neighborhood and beach for walking and biking. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for multiple families

The unique arrangement of this property allows everyone to have their own space with plenty of options for gathering together. Best of all, the courtyard pool is large enough to accommodate the teenagers. It even has a screened porch for storing beach gear along with a full sized washer and dryer and 3rd refrigerator. The only challenge was getting the correct entry code to access the keys and the digital locks. The property manager was easy to reach for help with this but it could be accurately provided in the check in email for a smooth beginning to the vacation. Well stocked kitchens and the grill make it easy to stay in for meals if you choose. Use 6th Street beach access for an easier walk to the waves. Definitely would stay here again!

This home is great for large families. The location is great as well. We loved the pool area and the front porch. We spent a lot of time in both places. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooftop firepit was nice little bonus. We will be back!

Wonderful set-up for multi-generation family gathering. Lots of space. Everything was very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook family meals. You can walk to the beach. The heated pool was very nice and private.
