Our home is located on 6th Street, nestled under a canopy of live oaks and at the 6th Street Beach Entrance. Built in 1930, it has been modernized for today's conveniences, but restored to the 1030's charm and comfort. Sit back and relax on the oversized screened in back porch. End your search for relaxation and serenity at our home of "Endless Summer".
Layout:
Parking is located in the front of the home. Enough space for 2-cars.
As you enter the home through the front door, there is a desk/quiet area to the left for remote working or lesson planning. To the right is a formal style living/sitting room. Off the living room is a guest bedroom with twin beds and sink, which adjoins a jack-n-jill bathroom with toilet and shower. Enter to the guest bedroom with a queen size bed and sink. Down the hall to the back of the home is the master bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bathroom with combo tub/shower, and laundry area. Back to the formal living room, the dining area is located off this room, to the kitchen, which opens to the family room with large screen TV. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will love the oversized screened in back porch.

This is a quiet street and we have great neighbors. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced at this location.
About East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.
