The Annual Brunswick Blessing of the Fleet will be at Mary Ross Waterfront Park in Historic Downtown Brunswick on the Saturday, May 8th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with the blessing being held on at 2:00PM.
The Brunswick Blessing of the Fleet is longest running blessings of the fleet and one of the best that Coastal Georgia has to offer with fresh seafood, local culture, boating, the shrimping industry, arts, crafts and variety of leisure activities. The days events include: Miss Blessing of the Fleet Beauty Pageant, Shrimp Eating Contest, Shrimp Cooking Competition, Live Music, Children’s area, Education Area, Arts & Crafts, Axe Throwing, and Southeast Georgia Health System Wellness Mobile Unit with free blood pressure checks.
